WORLD SERIES OF POKER BEGINS MAIN EVENT BROADCAST

Las Vegas, Nevada (July 2, 2026) – The World Series of Poker (WSOP®), the longest-running and most prestigious poker tournament series in the world, today began the most expansive global broadcast and streaming schedule in history for the 2026 Main Event.
The 2026 coverage features massive international distribution, including linear television coverage in more than 130 countries and 300,000,000 homes. Distribution partners include the ESPN digital and linear networks, TSN, Groupe M6, Abema Japan, TNT Sports UK and Ireland and Eurosport.
The 2026 WSOP Main Event programming will feature top broadcast talent, headlined by Lon McEachern and Norman Chad, who have called every Main Event since Chris Moneymaker’s historic 2003 triumph. The 2026 event will also mark expanded roles for Ali Nejad and 2025 Poker Hall of Fame inductee Nick Schulman, who will anchor the digital coverage and live Final Table television broadcasts. Furthermore, the 2026 WSOP Main Event programming is set to feature WSOP’s own Jeff Platt, Joe Stapleton, as well as top poker professionals David Williams and Maria Ho.
The 2026 domestic and international package for the Main Event includes:
● 15+ Hours of Original Linear Programming: Headlined by ESPN’s premium network coverage, returning poker to its historic home; six hours of edited highlights programs and three hours of programming each night of the Final Table (August 3, 4 and 5) created by Omaha Productions
● Live Global Television Broadcasts of Final Table; Poker’s biggest event will air live on linear television on 70+ ESPN international channels and via Eurosport in 60+ nations across Europe and Asia, with select re-broadcasts the following day. Digital simulcasts will be available on ESPN digital platforms or HBO Max by region
● 90+ Hours of Digital Streaming Coverage: Wall-to-wall coverage from Day 1A to the Final Table (July 2 through 13) on ESPN platforms in the USA and select countries, TSN+ and AbemaTV
● New Major Broadcaster in France: Groupe M6, the official French broadcaster of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, will also distribute WSOP programming, aired on M6 and W9 between July 25 and August 15

Eurosport will air edited WSOP Main Event episodes beginning Aug 3. Eurosport will also air the three-part WSOP Main Event Aug 4th-6th live at 3am CET local time while re-airing the programming the same evening at midnight.
