The 2025 World Series of Poker is fast approaching, and the WSOP Media Team is looking for skilled individuals to contribute to the event’s media coverage. Want to use your talents and work at the biggest poker event of the year? If so, be sure to apply for one of our open positions!


Las Vegas, Nevada (April 16, 2025) - The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Media Team has two Social Media Assistant positions available for the 2025 WSOP.


To provide the best coverage throughout the event, the WSOP Media Team seeks skilled individuals with experience in content creation and social media marketing.

Social Media Assistant (Two positions available)


The two Social Media Coordinators will assist with content creation, drafting, account management, and posting that aligns with the WSOP Media Team’s social media strategy. 


 Responsibilities/Qualifications:


  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter) that aligns with the brand's voice, goals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor social media activity, engage with followers, and address comments or inquiries to maintain the brand's reputation.
  • Content management/cataloguing images.
  • Capture and share live content from events through photography, video, and social media stories.
  • Collaborate with WSOP Media Team members on marketing-related initiatives.
  • Organization skills that allow for multiple projects to be produced simultaneously.
  • Positive and creative attitude with the ability to hit deadlines while working under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively, paired with a self-starter attitude.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate projects during non-standard working hours.

Requirements:


  • Must be over the age of 21 during the entirety of the contract period.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada and available to work from Monday, May 26 through Thursday, July 17, 2025.
  • Provide your own mobile device capable of capturing media content and posting to social media platforms.
  • Capable of frequenting Caesar’s Entertainment properties with no active record of temporary or permanent bannings.
  • On good standing with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

All listed positions are designated as temporary contracts with the World Series of Poker. Individuals who fulfill positions are entitled to compensation and potential coverage of work-related expenses. Contracted employees will not be provided hotel rooms, lodging, or work-related transportation. These positions are temporary and do not come with employee benefits. These contracts with the World Series of Poker Media Team are void following the conclusion of the 2025 WSOP.
