Deeb Running Hot Sgainst Haxton

Shaun Deeb had less than half any of the other players at the table with a stack of 6,000,000. In this hand, after he raised preflop, and Isaac Haxton three-bet from the small blind, Deeb jammed for 6,000,000 total. Haxton called to try to bust Deeb for the third time.

Shaun Deeb: A♦J♦7♣6♦
Isaac Haxton: A♠Q♠8♦8♣

The dealer put out the 10♦Q♦3♠ flop, which gave Deeb a royal flush draw. The 2♦turn gave Deeb the nuts and the double-up. The 6♣ appeared on the river and Deeb survived once more.

Watching this live on the Poker Go app. Why is this showing 2 left and the live feed has 4? It's not that long of a delay is it?

Deeb Fighting Back

It is unknown exactly how, but Shaun Deeb was back down to just 2,300,000, and got them all into the middle against the chip leader, Isaac Haxton.

Shaun Deeb: A♣8♠8♦6♠ All in
Isaac Haxton: Q♦10♣5♦4♣

The flop of 9♥3♣3♦ was good for Deeb, but the A♦ turn gave Haxton flush and straight outs. However, the Q♥river was safe for Deeb and he survived again.

With K♣Q♦9♣7♥, Isaac Haxton made it 1,200,000 from the cutoff and Lautaro Guerra defended his big blind holding Q♠8♥7♠7♣.

The dealer spread out a flop of Q♣5♦J♠ and Guerra checked. Haxton checked behind to see the 10♣ land on the turn. Guerra checked, then folded after Haxton bet 2,300,000.

Guerra Wins a Limped Pot; Haxton Chipping Up

After Isaac Haxton had picked a few pots in a row, Lautaro Guerra called from the small blind, and Haxton checked his option from the big blind.

Both players were happy to check a runout of 2♠2♥2♦5♦5♥ all the way to the river. Lautaro Guerra showed A♣K♣8♣3♠ to take down the pot with ace-king, as Haxton mucked K♠Q♠J♥6♦.

Lautaro Guerra made it 1,400,000 from the button and only Arthur Morris called from the big blind.

Two checks followed the 4♠A♠7♦ flop to see the Q♦ appear on the turn. Morris led out for 1,500,000, which Guerra called.

Both players checked the 6♣ river, and Morris took down the pot with A♥9♥7♣5♣ for two
pair aces and sevens. Guerra mucked
A♦K♣9♦3♠.

Alex Foxen Eliminated in 6th Place ($539,917)

Alex Foxen raised to 1,400,000 in the cutoff and was called by Isaac Haxton on the button. The flop came 3♦3♥2♣ and Foxen continued for 1,100,000, Haxton called after brief consideration.

The A♠followed on the turn and Foxen pondered about the next move before he made it 900,000 to go, picking up another call by Haxton prior to the 9♣ river.

Foxen checked and Haxton bet 5,000,000, which covered the remaining 4,500,000 of Foxen. The latter went deep into the tank and eventually called it off.

Alex Foxen: A♦Q♦5♥2♥
Isaac Haxton: A♥J♥J♣9♠

Haxton had held the preflop lead and made aces and nines on the river to see Foxen call it off after a long tank to bow out in sixth place for $539,917.
