"I am beyond frustrated with the staff at the tournament desk. I asked to print my tournament history, but she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and just flat-out refused, telling me to 'just use the app' because she was 'too busy.' She treated me like I was a nuisance.
Every single casino I’ve been to in Las Vegas has always been more than happy to print this out with a smile. It is a standard, simple request. But here, she made me feel like I was asking for the moon.
What makes it even worse is that she was exactly this unpleasant and toxic 5 years ago. It’s unbelievable that someone with such a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills is still working here and consistently ruining the player experience."
