WSOP CIRCUIT RETURNS TO THE RIO ON FRIDAY
14 February 2018 (Las Vegas) – The World Series of Poker Circuit returns to the home of the WSOP this week, as the tour once again comes to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Circuit stop will run from Friday, February 16 to Tuesday, February 27.
This is a historic stop on the Circuit, as it will conclude with the first-ever online ring event. The online ring event will have a $365 entry, and permit unlimited re-entry for the first 150 minutes. (Players must have funds to re-enter in their account prior to the start of the tournament.) The tournament is open to all users of WSOP NV located within the state of Nevada when the event takes place.
Action kicks off on Friday with a $250,000 guarantee on Event #1, $365 re-entry event with six starting flights. The final weekend, starting February 24, is the Main Event, with a $1,675 buy-in and a $1,000,000 guarantee on the prize pool. In addition, the Circuit stop features a six-max event, pot-limit Omaha and HORSE tourneys, a monster stack event, and a $2,200 high roller.
