Eveslage Draws First Blood

Omaha Hi-Lo

Brian Rast limped his button, and Chad Eveslage checked his option in the big blind. Both players checked the 9♦10♠6♠flop to the A♣ turn, where Eveslage led out with a bet.

Rast called to the 3♦ river, where Eveslage bet again. Rast quickly called, but his cards hit the muck when Eveslage tabled Q♠9♠5♣4♠ for a six-low and a pair of sixes.

Nacho Barbero Eliminated in 4th Place ($280,030)

Omaha Hi-Lo

Toby Lewis raised from the button, Nacho Barbero three-bet from the small blind, and Lewis called.

On the Q♥J♠7♣ flop, Barbero's final 325,000 found its way into the middle.

Nacho Barbero: J♥J♦6♦2♥ All in
Toby Lewis: A♦Q♣9♦8♥

Barbero was in great shape with middle set against the top pair and gutter of Lewis. The 6
♠ turn improved Lewis to an open-ender before the 10♣ fell on the river to give Lewis the straight and leave Barbero flabbergasted.

"He's like zero percent to scoop on the flop," bemoaned a frustrated Barbero on his way to the exit after an impressive run.

Eveslage Wins as Barbero Bets Pot

Limit Hold'em

A limped pot was checked through on the K♣A♠7♠ flop. Small blind Nacho Barbero then bet on the 10♦ turn, which amounted to a pot-sized bet because of the lack of previous action.

Chad Eveslage in the big blind weighed his options before he called to the Q♥river. Barbero slowed down and checked, after which Eveslage tossed in a bet.

Barbero called, but shook his head and showed the Q♣ when Eveslage tabled J♥8♣ for a rivered straight.
