Fawcett Plays the Board

Thai Dinh raised the button to 16,000, and Justin Fawcett put in the call. The A♦Q♣10♣ flop checked through, as did the A♥turn. The river brought in the Q♠ and here Fawcett led out for 30,000,000. After a brief pause to think, Dinh folded, showing the K♥️.

"King-high's good," said Fawcett, showing 7♠7♦ for absolutely nothing, having been counterfeit.

Fawcett Leaking, Dinh Building

Justin Fawcett raised to 20,000,000 on the button. Thai Dinh three-bet to 64,000,000. Fawcett called.

The flop came K♠6♦10♦, and Dinh continued with a bet 15,000,000-chip bet. Fawcett called.

The turn of the K♦ brought a check from them both, but Dinh fired 55,000,000 when the 8♦
landed on the river.

Fawcett didn't take too long before folding to a paired board with four diamond.

Dinh proudly showed A♣2♣ for the smooth bluff that gave him the chip lead for the first time.

Zhengyu Guan Eliminated in 3rd Place ($176,620)

Zhengyu Guan was on the button, and shoved for 45,000,000. Justin Fawcett went deep into the tank from the small blind, and after some time decided to call.

Zhengyu Guan: A♠Q♣All in
Justin Fawcett: A♣2♣

"Thank you," said Guan to the dealer after seeing the 3♠3♣Q♥ flop, as she had her opponent drawing to runner-runner. "No club," she pleaded after, however she wouldn't get her wish as the 9♣4♣ runout improved Fawcett to the nut flush, ending her spin-up early.

Dinh Doubles Up, Hurts Guan

Zhengyu Guan went all in from the small blind. Thai Dinh called with 44,000,000 chips, slightly less than Guan.

Thai Dinh: A♣6♠All in
Zhengyu Guan: 8♣7♣

The runout didn't save Guan, as Dinh led from the door card on in a board of Q♥K♠A♦4♣7♥ to get a huge double-up.

Delano Jackson Eliminated in 4th Place ($132,710)

Delano Jackson moved all in from the cutoff with his 20,500,000 chips. Both Justin Fawcett, in the small blind and
Zhengyu Guan, the big blind, called.

After the flop hit 10♣8♦7♥, Fawcett moved all in. Guan folded, leaving Jackson's tournament life heads-up against Fawcett.

Delano Jackson: A♦J♠All in
Justin Fawcett: 7♦7♠

Fawcett had flopped a set of sevens. That hand held through the turn and river of 6♥5♦, knocking Jackson out of the tournament.

He left happy.

"Not bad for an internet player," Jackson said.

Jackson Triples Up

Justin Fawcett raised to 10,000,000 from under the gun, Delano Jackson then went all in for 11,000,000 from the small blind. Zhengyu Guan called from the big blind, as did Fawcett.

Action checked down on a A♣K♥10♥8♥K♠runout. Jackson tabled Q♣J♠, which was good for the winner and kept Jackson's bracelet hopes alive.

Premiums Only for Dinh

Thai Dinh opened the action from the button, with a minraise to 8,000,000. Only Justin Fawcett called, who was in the small blind.

The A♣8♦9♥ flop checked through, bringing in the 8♣on the turn. Here, Fawcett led out for 6,000,000, and Dinh placed in the call, bringing in the K♥on the river. Fawcett checked it over, and Dinh cut out 16,000,000 in chips, and placed them into the middle. Fawcett then went deep into the tank.

He picked up his cards, held them as if he was going to fold, before putting them back down and under his card protector. He then counted out 16,000,000 of his own chips, picked them up as if he were going to call, then, again, put them back down. "You got a monster?" he asked, before repeating all of his previous actions once again. Eventually, he called.

Thai Dinh showed A♥K♠, announcing "Premiums only!" which seems to have become his catchphrase at this final table. Fawcett mucked his cards, handing the chip lead over

Zhengyu Guan: J♥J♦All in
Delano Jackson: K♠Q♦

The dealer ran out a board of 2♦9♥4♠8♠3♠, awarding Guan a crucial pot that has given her the chip lead as we head down the stretch of Event #85.

Fawcett Takes Biggest Pot of Tournament

Justin Fawcett raised to 5,000,000 in middle position. Eric Dillon three-bet the pot to 14,000,000 from the small blind. Fawcett made the call.

After the flop hit A♣3♦Q♥, Dillon led out with a bet of 9,000,000. Fawcett called.

The board paired on the turn with the A♥, prompting a check from Dillon. Fawcett bet 17,000,000 chips and Dillon called.

When the river came 4♣ Dillon moved first, pushing all in with a covering stack of 26,500,000.

Fawcett thought about it for a bit. Then made the call.

He showed a full house with Q♠Q♦. Dillon tabled A♠J♠ for trip aces.

Fawcett said his hesitation in making the final call was due to his being knocked out of an earlier WSOP event boat-over-boat.

Keegan Ripp Eliminated in 10th Place ($28,020)

On the first hand off the deck at the unofficial final table, Keegan Ripp went all in from under the gun for his last 3,000,000, which was barely more than the big blind. He was called by Eric Dillon in the small blind and Delano Jackson in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a Q♦6♥K♠flop, Dillon checked, Jackson bet 3,000,000, and Dillon called.

The turn card was the 6♦. Dillon checked again, this time Jackson bet 7,000,000. Dillon folded, and Ripp exclaimed, " I need a Jack".

Keegan Ripp: 10♣9♣All in
Delano Jackson: K♦9♠

The river card was not a Jack but rather the 5♦, sending Ripp to the payout desk.
