Ostapchenko Falls Further Behind

Andrew Ostapchenko raised to 1,300,000 with K♣Q♥ on the button, and Chang Lee defended his big blind with Q♣10♦.

Lee checked after finding two pair on the 9♦10♣9♠flop and Ostapchenko checked back. Both players checked again on the 5♣
turn.

The dealer revealed the 4♥river, where Lee led out for 2,000,000. Ostapchenko made the call, seeing the bad news as Lee tabled his two pair to extend the chip lead.

Berg Catches Lee Bluffing

Elijah Berg limped with 9♥3♥ in the small blind and Chang Lee checked his big blind option holding 10♥4♥
.

Berg found a pair on the Q♥9♣7♦ flop and checked to Lee, who did not take long to check back. The 2♦ turn produced another check from Berg and Lee fired 350,000.

The call was made to the K♣river, and Berg checked one last time. Lee counted out a bet of 1,300,000 with ten-high, and Berg took some time before sticking in the call.

Berg saw the news that his pair was good, getting a fist bump from Lee as he raked in the pot.

Andrew Ostapchenko: A♠K♦

Joao Simao Eliminated in 10th Place
($111,294)

--

Joao Simao raised in the cutoff to 2,000,000, leaving roughly 100,000 behind. Next to act, Andrew Ostapchenko, moved all in, covering everyone at the table. The blinds folded and Simao put the remainder of his stack in.

Joao Simao: 10♠10♣ All in
Andrew Ostapchenko: 6♠6♦

Ostapchenko had two immediate outs and wasted no time in hitting one, the window card coming the 6♥ followed by 4♦5♦.

There was no turn in fortunes for Simao as the turn K♦ and river 9♥ failed to save him.
