ZACH FISCHER TAKES DOWN WSOP CIRCUIT MAIN EVENT AT POMPANO BEACH

Las Vegas, Nevada (February 10, 2026) - Already having a WSOP Circuit Main Event title to his name along with over $1.8 million in live tournament earnings, New York State’s Zach Fischer had the skills and experience needed to further his poker accolades at the recent Harrah’s Pompano Beach WSOP Circuit series.
Outlasting a field of 1,031 entrants to win the biggest chunk of the $1,468,900 prize pool, Fischer defeated fellow crusher and WSOP Circuit ring winner Nick Blumenthal to take down the Harrah’s Pompano Beach WSOP Circuit Main Event for $233,384.
The second WSOP Circuit Main Event victory of his career, just last year, Fischer won one of the largest events on the Circuit when he finished in first place in the Harrah’s Cherokee WSOP Circuit Main Event.
Winning two WSOP Circuit Main Events in less than a year, Fischer continues to experience “run good” on the WSOP Circuit, securing well over half a million dollars since August 2025.
Speaking with Poker.Org live reporter Jeremy Guist following his major win, Fischer credited his experience with helping him go the distance.
“I came in with a decent stack, but I just kept winning a lot of hands. I was running really good throughout the entire tournament,” Fischer said. “I feel like I played really well also, but definitely running really well. The experience I keep getting at these final tables is a huge factor, especially with ICM.”
