WSOP CIRCUIT RETURNS TO THUNDER VALLEY CASINO RESORT SEP 25 - OCT 6
Las Vegas, Nevada (September 24, 2025) - A popular destination for many poker players who travel the WSOP Circuit, Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, California, gets ready to welcome players back to the felt with 13 WSOP Circuit ring events taking place September 25th through October 6th, 2025.
Battling for WSOP Circuit glory and major cash prizes, poker players who make the trip to Thunder Valley also have the opportunity to punch their ticket to Paradise, with every WSOP Circuit ring winner receiving a free seat to the $5M guaranteed WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty at WSOP Paradise 2025, plus a Paradise package to help fund their stay.
The featured event of every WSOP Circuit series, the $1,700 WSOP Circuit Main Event at Thunder Valley offers three Day One flights scheduled for Thursday, October 2nd, Friday, October 3rd, and Saturday October 4th, all starting at 11 AM.
Boasting a staggering $1 million guaranteed prize pool, players willing to fire a bullet into the Thunder Valley WSOP Circuit Main Event have an opportunity to leave Lincoln with a massive six-figure score.
The last time the WSOP Circuit made its way through Lincoln, San Jose’s Akbar Zamani took down the WSOP Circuit Main Event, receiving $187,882 and his first career WSOP Circuit ring.
Not to be outshone by the WSOP Circuit Main Event, other events on the Thunder Valley WSOP Circuit schedule offer players a variety of fun opportunities to play their way to Paradise.
A signature event at many WSOP Circuit stops, the $400 No-Limit Hold’em Monster Stack at Thunder Valley, providing a $100 thousand guaranteed prize pool, will run two Day One flights on Monday, September 29th, and Tuesday, September 30th.
A popular destination for mixed game players, Thunder Valley is proud to host 5 non-hold’em events throughout the series, which will include Pot-Limit Omaha, HORSE, Big O, 2-7 Triple Draw, and Omaha 8.
Every WSOP Circuit ring winner at Thunder Valley will win a special package to attend WSOP Paradise 2025 in the Bahamas, taking place December 4th through the 18th.
Along with entry to the $2,500 WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty, WSOP Circuit ring winners also receive an Atlantis Bahamas hotel package to fund their stay.
