WSOP CIRCUIT DEBUTS THIS WEEK AT FOXWOODS RESORT

As the largest resort casino in North America, Foxwoods features six different casinos on property. With over 6,300 slot machines, 350 table games, a 3,600-person High Stakes Bingo Hall, state of the art Race Book, and a poker room with over 100 tables, Foxwoods provides almost unlimited possibilities for those looking for some action.
Additionally, Foxwoods holds four different hotels and 38 restaurants on property. If that wasn’t enough, it also features a nightclub, bowling alley, comedy club, concert venue as well as numerous bars, arcades and shopping amenities.

The WSOP Circuit kicks off at noon on Wednesday, March 27th with a $365 No-Limit Hold ‘em event. Opening weekend will also feature a $365 re-entry event.
The $1,675 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event begins Saturday, April 6 at 11 a.m. with the first of two starting flights. Flights B begins at 5 p.m.. Players are allowed a total of one re-entry. If a player has played only one flight, they have option of re-entering at the beginning of Day 2.

The winner of the Main Event will earn an automatic entry into the season-ending WSOP National Championship presented by Southern Comfort 100 Proof. The player who accumulates the most Circuit points over the course of this 12-day series will be crowned Casino Champion and also earn a seat into the National Championship, which will be held in New Orleans, LA from May 22-24 and will air on ESPN later this year.
The Foxwoods Resort Casino is less than two hours south of Boston and just a short drive from both the Providence and Hartford airports.
