THE BATTLE FOR THE BRACELET BEGINS

Hundreds of spectators and media pack the Penn and Teller Theater at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino to find out who will be the next World Series of Poker Main Event Champion

The final nine players of the 2009 WSOP main event have made their way to the final table while the ESPN crew and World Series of Poker staff are gearing up for what is sure to be a day-long marathon of some of the finest poker play ever witnessed.

Hundreds of spectators are filling the 1500-seat capacity Penn and Teller Theater at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino to be on hand at the highest-profile World Series of Poker final table in history.  A massive line has formed outside of the venue with some reportedly having camped out for hours before the start of the event in order to ensure their place. In addition to the viewing audience, hordes of media have also convened in the theater.
