HORSESHOE TUNICA HOSTS THE WSOP CIRCUIT AUGUST 20-31

Las Vegas, Nevada (August 20, 2026) - The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit returns to Horseshoe Tunica today in Robinsonville, Mississippi. From August 20-31, 2026, nearly two weeks of tournament poker action will provide 18 opportunities to capture coveted WSOP Circuit gold rings. The historic stop is one of the staple events on the Circuit calendar, offering players a wide range of buy-ins and formats before culminating with the $1,700 WSOP Circuit Main Event.
One of the early highlights is the $400 No-Limit Hold’em Mini Main, which begins August 21 and features a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool. A $400 Monster Stack follows on August 25, also carrying a $100,000 guarantee and giving players another opportunity to compete for a significant score at a relatively modest buy-in.
The schedule offers plenty of variety beyond traditional No-Limit Hold’em. Players can compete in Pot-Limit Omaha and other alternative formats, while dedicated Ladies and Seniors events provide additional opportunities for different segments of the poker community. The mix of tournaments gives both experienced WSOP Circuit regulars and recreational players plenty of reasons to make the trip to Tunica.
For Circuit players, the Horseshoe Tunica stop also represents an important opportunity to not only add another gold ring to their résumé, but also punch their ticket to one of the biggest poker events of the year: WSOP Paradise 2026. With 18 ring events packed into the 12-day festival, players have numerous chances to build momentum throughout the series.
The 2026 Horseshoe Tunica stop arrives during a particularly busy stretch of the WSOP Circuit calendar, with several other Circuit festivals taking place across North America at the same time. Still, Tunica's combination of accessible buy-ins, championship-level competition and a $1,700 Main Event makes it a key destination for players looking to make their mark on the Circuit.
