HARRAH'S CHEROKEE HOSTS 18 WSOP CIRCUIT RING EVENTS AUGUST 7-18
Las Vegas, Nevada (August 7, 2025) - Consistently hosting the largest fields throughout the entire WSOP Circuit, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in North Carolina welcomes poker players to the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains with 18 WSOP Circuit ring events with a combined total of nearly $5 million in prizepool guarantees.
Running from Thursday, August 7th through Monday, August 18th, the stacked tournament schedule at Harrah’s Cherokee is highlighted by the $1,700 WSOP Circuit Main Event, offering two flights on Friday, August 15th and Saturday, August 16th. Boasting a $1.5 million prize pool guarantee, poker players from North Carolina and all over the United States look forward to competing for one of the biggest titles in the entirety of the WSOP Circuit.
During the last WSOP Circuit series at Harrah’s Cherokee this past May, Tuyen Dieu won the Circuit Main Event to secure his first career WSOP Circuit ring, plus a $287,230 payday.
Every WSOP Circuit ring winner at Harrah’s Cherokee Resort Casino will win a special package to attend WSOP Paradise 2025 in the Bahamas, taking place December 4th through the 18th.
Along with entry to the $2,500 WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty, WSOP Circuit ring winners also receive an Atlantis Bahamas hotel package to fund their stay.
