HAMID IZADI WINS 2ND WSOP CIRCUIT MAIN EVENT TITLE AT CAESARS SOUTHERN INDIANA

Emerging victorious at a stacked final table that included 2016 champion Robert Hankins and all-time WSOP Circuit ring leader Maurice Hawkins, Hamid Izadi secured his ninth career WSOP Circuit ring, his second WSOP Circuit Main Event title, plus the $111,179 top prize.

HAMID IZADI WINS 2ND WSOP CIRCUIT MAIN EVENT TITLE AT CAESARS SOUTHERN INDIANA

Las Vegas, Nevada (September 30, 2025) - Wrapping up 11 days of exciting action on the felt, the recent WSOP Circuit series at Caesars Southern Indiana has come to a close. 

The featured event of the series, the $1,700 WSOP Circuit Main Event drew 338 total entrants, generating a $512,070 total prize pool.

Emerging victorious at a stacked final table that included 2016 champion Robert Hankins and all-time WSOP Circuit ring leader Maurice Hawkins, Hamid Izadi secured his ninth career WSOP Circuit ring, his second WSOP Circuit Main Event title, plus the $111,179 top prize.

Coming into heads-up play with a 4-to-1 chip advantage after eliminating third-place finisher Mark Davis ($50,323), Izadi was able to leverage his chip stack and defeat Hawkins heads-up, denying the WSOP Circuit legend his 22nd ring and 7th Circuit Main Event title.

Winning his first WSOP Circuit Main Event title at Pompano Beach in 2024, Izadi’s win at Caesars Southern Indiana adds to a poker resume that makes him one of the most decorated players on the WSOP Circuit.

Kenneth Ware wins $25,182 in Event #2: $400 No-Limit Hold'em Multi-Flight

Chasing his first WSOP Circuit ring for over a decade, Kenneth Ware finally reached the mountain top by winning Event #2: $400 No-Limit Hold'em Multi-Flight at Caesars Southern Indiana.

Finishing first out of 392 entrants, Ware collected $25,182, one of the biggest first-place prizes throughout the series.

Supported by his wife and two-time WSOP Circuit ring winner Libby Wilson, Ware defeated Shane Ball ($16,663) heads-up to punch his ticket to WSOP Paradise 2025.

John Holley wins 12th WSOP Circuit Ring in $400 HORSE

After finishing in second place in both the $400 Seniors Event and $600 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament at the Caesars Southern Indiana WSOP Circuit series, it seemed like it wasn’t “in the cards” for John Holley to win his 12th career WSOP Circuit ring.

Remaining persistent after a pair of close calls, Holley went the distance in Event #8: $400 HORSE to claim $8,328 and his 12th career WSOP Circuit ring.

Riley Dieckhoff scores big in $400 No-Limit Hold’em Monster Stack

Emerging victorious out of the 644 total entrants in the $400 No-Limit Hold’em Monster Stack, Riley Dieckhoff won the second-largest first-place prize of the Caesars Southern Indiana WSOP Circuit series, as well as his first WSOP Circuit ring.

Leaving Southern Indiana with a $37,034 score, Dieckhoff’s poker bankroll just got a big boost with WSOP Paradise 2025 on the horizon.
