The World Series of Poker Circuit is back at "The Bike" with 13 ring events and over $300,000 in guarantees
Las Vegas, Nevada (1 March 2023) - The World Series of Poker Circuit in Harrah's Cherokee just wrapped up, with record-breaking fields throughout the twelve-day series. We now shift focus to the West Coast, as the Circuit returns to sunny California and the Bicycle Casino.
"The Bike" will stand as the host for another anticipated Circuit series, featuring 13 ring events and over $300,000 in guarantees between March 4 - March 15.
The first weekend is packed with action and starts with the low buy-in $250 No-Limit Hold'em Double Stack. Players will start with 25,000 starting stacks in the one-day event with cards in the air at 10 AM, Saturday.
A Circuit Classic, the $400 Monster Stack, will get underway on Sunday, March 5. Players can choose between four starting flights and the event is boosted with a $150,000 guarantee. The first two flights is played on Sunday at 10 AM and 4 PM, followed by two more flights with the same start times on Monday.
The sole non-hold'em event of the series is the $400 Omaha 8 or Better, with cards in the air at 1 PM, March 14. Other highlights on the schedule include the $2,200 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller, the $500 No-Limit Hold'em Mammoth Stack, and of course, the $1,700 MAIN EVENT.
The $1,700 Main Event will consist of two starting flights, with Flight A starting at noon on March 8 and Flight B starting same time the following day. San Diego's Andrew Merrick took down the last Bicycle Casino Circuit Main Event and will sit as the reigning champion until the conclusion of this year's Main Event. As always, the final table of the Main Event will be live-streamed on the show "Live at the Bike" so make sure to tune in on Saturday, March 11.
All official gold ring winners from this WSOP Circuit stop will qualify for the invitation-only "Tournament of Champions." The $1 million freeroll event will be held during the 2023 World Series of Poker tournament in Las Vegas. 2023 Online winners will also be eligible to compete in the signature event.
