Official Rules

Promotional period begins on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 1:00 pm and ends on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 1:00 am (“Promotional Period”). All times referred to throughout these Rules are Eastern Time. As used herein “WSOP.com” means Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. and all its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies. All references to the Promotion shall be referred to as “Promotion” throughout these Rules.

General Rules:

1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate and Participants must provide valid proof of age acceptable to WSOP.com.
3. Only open to residents of the 50 United States who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this Promotion.
4. This Promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.
5. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
6. All entries are subject to review and verification.
7. WSOP.com reserves the right to distribute additional entries via advertising, direct mail, or other promotional means. 
8. Participants agree to allow WSOP.com the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent, where permitted.
9. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
10. Promotion times are approximate. WSOP.com reserves the right to change Promotion times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
11. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with WSOP.com whose decisions are final.
12. WSOP.com reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded. Notice of any such modification is sufficient if posted at WSOP.com or to WSOP.com Facebook page.
13. WSOP.com may disqualify any Participant from winning any prize or receiving any gift based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
14. WSOP.com is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
15. WSOP.com is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by WSOP.com, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of WSOP.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, WSOP.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 
17. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, WSOP.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
18. Prizes and entries are non-transferable
19. Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
20. Need not be present to win.
21. Employees of Caesars Interactive Entertainment and its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies and immediate family members of employees who are: (i) director level or above; and /or, (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions or tournaments and the employees of the advertising agency affiliated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family members are defined as spouse, child or anyone sharing the same residence as the applicable employee.
22. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, State Gaming Commission and/or at WSOP.com discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
23. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to the rules.
24. A copy of these rules can be requested by email to CIEvents@caesars.com. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
25. WSOP.com reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable. In no event will WSOP.com be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
26. Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.
27. No purchase necessary to participate. 
28. Unclaimed prizes shall not be awarded.
29. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes are awarded will be void.

30. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, participants must participate in one of the following posts. Approximate times are listed above, but subject to modification at WSOP.com’s discretion.

31. Once a participant submits a response to one of these posts, they are entered for a chance to win a prize (“Entry”).

32. Limit 1 Entry per person per post.

33. WSOP.com will not verify receipt of Entries.

34. Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. 

35. Entries for this Promotion are the property of WSOP.com and will not be returned.

Images, photographs or video recordings submitted by Participant must be original to, and solely owned by, Participant.  Participant must have the permission of any person(s) that Participant identifies, features or otherwise refers to in his/her images, photographs and video recording submissions.

Participant agrees to allow WSOP.com the use of his/her name, voice, still images, videotaping and/or voice recordings, in any manner for the purpose of advertising, publicity or promotion, including but not limited to, print, online, mobile, digital and broadcast media.  This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use, publish, display, distribute and otherwise exploit any personal information that Participant has given to WSOP.com.

Participant further agrees that he/she will not seek, and is not entitled to, consideration or compensation from WSOP.com by reason of any such uses of Participant’s name, still images, videotapings, likeness, voice and/or personal information.

Promotion:

36. At 1pm during each day of the post schedule, participants will have 12 hours (1am) to participate in that day’s post.
37. A random drawing will be held from all submissions to select each daily winner.
38. Winners’ names will be posted and tagged on WSOP.com Facebook upon completion of the Promotion. 

CAUTION: ANY ATI'EMPT BY AN PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATI'EMPT BE MADE, WSOP.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND  DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Prizes:

39. Each Winner will receive a prize consisting of Two (2) tickets to the Atlantic City Beer Fest.
40. Total prize package valued at approximately $110.00.
41. Winners will be contacted via Facebook to fulfill prize.
42. Winners will have 24 hours to claim their prize.
43. Prizes can be picked up at the Atlantic City Beer Festival will-call window.
44. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
45. Only 1 prize per Winner.
