ALL TIME BRACELET WINNERS BY STATE

The WSOP bracelet is considered to be the most coveted prize (besides money of course) for any poker player.  There will be a total of 69 official gold bracelets up for grabs in the 2016 WSOP. Traditionally, the US have win the majority of the bracelets and since 1976 when the first bracelets were officially given out, the WSOP has awarded a total of 1010 to US players. 


The big 5 all-time bracelet winners by state include:

  • Nevada (375 bracelets)
  • California (180 bracelets)
  • Texas (74 bracelets)
  • New York (51 bracelets)
  • Florida (49 bracelets)

The states that are missing in action include:

  • Delaware
  • Rhode Island
  • South Carolina
  • Vermont
  • Wyoming

The top 5 all-time bracelet winners list from the US include:

  • Phil Hellmuth (14 bracelets)
  • Phil Ivey (10 bracelets)
  • Johnny Chan (10 bracelets)
  • Doyle Brunson (10 bracelets)
  • Johnny Moss (9 bracelets)
