5 POKER PLAYERS CONFIRMED (SO FAR) FOR WSOP EUROPE 2026

Las Vegas, Nevada (March 7, 2026) - The 2026 edition of WSOP Europe provides poker players with much to be excited for.

Moving to the Hilton Atrium and King’s Casino in Prague, Czech Republic, not only are poker players looking forward to competing in one of the world’s most aesthetically pleasing cities, but also exciting promotions like the Rise In Prague Golden Egg Hunt.

Competing for WSOP bracelets and life-changing money is always worth looking forward to, but chasing them while competing with some of the best poker players in the world makes such achievements even more prestigious.

Over the past few weeks, highly decorated WSOP stars have announced that they intend to make the trip to Prague and compete at WSOP Europe 2026.

Looking for a way to channel your excitement for one of Europe’s biggest poker tournament series of the year? If so, read up on these five poker players set to attend WSOP Europe 2026.

Jesse Lonis - WSOP Champ and High Stakes Tournament Player

In the past few years, none of poker’s rising stars has risen faster than Jesse Lonis.

A fixture in the high-stakes poker tournament scene, at just 30 years of age, the New York state native would likely already be #1 on his home state’s all-time money list if it weren’t for the likes of Bryn Kenney, Isaac Haxton, Alex Foxen, and Erik Seidel.

Winning his first WSOP Circuit ring in 2020 and his first WSOP bracelet in an online event in 2022, Lonis has gone on to rack up 3 WSOP Circuit victories, lay claim to 2 WSOP bracelets, and accrue a total of over $6 million in WSOP tournament winnings.

The pinnacle of Lonis’ WSOP career came in 2023, when he won the $50,000 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller for his second bracelet and $2,303,017, one of the biggest scores ever.

Able to compete with the best in the world with style, presence, and personality that have made him a favorite amongst poker fans, Lonis will be a player to watch at WSOP Europe 2026.

Martin Kabrhel - Czech Pro and WSOP Europe Royalty

Rising in fame over the past few years, Martin Kabrhel’s poker accomplishments are rivaled only by his presence at the poker table.

While many poker fans’ attention gravitates to Kabrhel’s antics at the poker table, the Czech pro is #1 all-time in tournament earnings amongst all players from the Czech Republic.

Playing in his home country has proved successful for Kabrhel, with four of his five WSOP bracelets wins coming from WSOP Europe events (plus a WSOP Circuit ring won at King’s Casino in Rozvadov).

At WSOP Europe 2025, Kabrhel won his most recent bracelet in the €10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event, taking home €188,500.

Love him or hate him, and regardless of how big his chip stack is, watching Kabrhel in action is always a spectacle worth witnessing, making him a player to watch at WSOP Europe 2026.

Shaun Deeb - Reigning WSOP Player of the Year

New York state native Shaun Deeb further added to his lengthy list of WSOP accolades in 2025.

Along with winning his seventh WSOP bracelet in the $100,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller at the 2025 WSOP ($2,957,229 score), Deeb joined Daniel Negreanu in becoming the only poker players to win WSOP Player of the Year twice.

Carrying the momentum across the Atlantic Ocean, Deeb went on to win his eighth WSOP bracelet at WSOP Europe 2025, taking down the €50,000 GGMillion€ for €329,000.

With a history of success in the United States, Europe, and seemingly wherever he decides to play poker, Deeb will be looking to further his WSOP legacy, especially now as he has reached the age requirement for the Poker Hall of Fame.

Phil Hellmuth - All-time Leader in WSOP Bracelet Wins

A WSOP legend who requires no introduction, “The Poker Brat” Phil Hellmuth will be in attendance and ready to chase WSOP bracelet #18 at WSOP Europe 2026.

No stranger to success at WSOP Europe, in 2012, Hellmuth won the WSOP Europe Main Event in Cannes, France, becoming the only poker player in WSOP history to win both the WSOP Main Event (1989) and the WSOP Europe Main Event.

Looking to further his lead as the all-time leader in WSOP bracelet victories at 17 total, look for Hellmuth to make more history in Prague.

Michael Mizrachi - 2025 WSOP Main Event Champion

No one will likely ever replicate Michael Mizrachi’s success at the 2025 WSOP.

Winning the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, regarded by many as the toughest poker tournament in the world, is an accomplishment in its own right, but it would be the fourth time Mizrachi won one of the most coveted titles in poker.

Not yet satisfied, Mizrachi went on to do the unthinkable, winning the 2025 WSOP Main Event for $10,000,000 and his 8th WSOP bracelet.

Claiming victory in the two hardest tournaments to win in the very same series, Mizrachi etched himself into poker history, so much so he was unanimously inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame.

While 2025 was the best year of Mizrachi’s poker career, his success dates back years and across continents.

15 years ago at WSOP Europe 2011 in Cannes, France, Mizrachi won his second WSOP bracelet in the €10,400 Split-Format No-Limit Hold'em event for €336,008.

Capable of achieving the unthinkable, be on the lookout for The Grinder during WSOP Europe 2026.
