Caesar Entertainment’s Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana hosts 18 World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) ring events at its first WSOPC series of 2025.
Las Vegas, Nevada (February 25, 2025) - A pillar of the poker scene in the greater Chicago area, the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana is set to host its second World Series of Poker Circuit series of the 2024-25 season.
With 18 WSOPC ring events highlighted by the $1,700 buy-in Circuit Main Event, over $2,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools await players who make the trip to Hammond.
The $1,700 Main Event offers an impressive $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool and provides players with two flights scheduled for Friday, March 7th and Saturday, March 8th at 11 AM CST. Horseshoe - Hammond’s Main Event is a three day tournament, with Day 2 scheduled for Sunday, March 9th and the final day of play scheduled for Monday, March 10th.
During the last WSOP Circuit series to take place in Hammond during the September of 2024, Michael Estes won his second career Circuit ring and scored the largest WSOP cash of his career by winning the Hammond Main Event for $198,576.
Pairing well with the Hammond series Main Event is 17 other Circuit ring events giving players the opportunity not only to win major cash prizes but also a seat in the 2025 WSOP Tournament of Champions.
Helping kick off the action on Day 1 of the Hammond series, Event #2: $400 no-limit hold’em tournament will be running 5 flights from Thursday, February 27th through Saturday, March 1st with all Day 1 survivors playing down to a winner on Sunday, March 2nd.
With a plethora of flights and a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool, Event #2 of Hammond’s WSOPC series is set to provide the eventual winner a major payday.
Not to be overlooked by Event 2, the $400 Monster Stack, a popular tournament at many WSOP Circuit destinations, is scheduled to offer three Day 1 flights on Monday, March 3rd and Tuesday, March 4th.
Scheduled to be a two day event, all Day 1 survivors in the Monster Stack will compete on the final day of play on Wednesday, March 5th to win the biggest piece of the $250,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Every ring winner at the WSOPC series at Horseshoe - Hammond receives a seat in the prestigious WSOP Tournament of Champions, a $1,000,000 freeroll that is also eligible to 2024/25 live and online bracelet winners. The host property for the Tournament of Champions will be announced in the coming weeks.
