HORSESHOE LAS VEGAS CIRCUIT PREVIEW

The World Series of Poker Circuit returns to Horseshoe Las Vegas between March 21 - April 1.

Las Vegas, Nevada (March 19, 2024) - The excitement is building in Las Vegas, as the summer is nearing and the World Series of Poker Circuit comes home to Horseshoe Las Vegas for an action-packed series between March 21 - April 1. The tournament series is featuring 18 ring events highlighted by a $1,700 MAIN EVENT with a $500,000 guarantee.

With less than 70 days left until cards are in the air for the 55th Annual World Series of Poker, the Circuit at Horseshoe Las Vegas could be looked at as a warm-up for what's to come. The series will be held in the newly remodeled Normandy Ballroom at the Horseshoe, where the Deepstacks and Satellites will be held this summer.

The series will kick off with the $600 No-Limit Hold'em 30K Big Stack event, starting at 10 AM on Thursday, March 21. The event is scheduled to be a two-day affair and, as the name suggests, players will start with 30,000 starting stacks.

The Mixed Game enthusiasts will have to circle March 22, and March 24 as the series' two Mixed Game events get underway. The $400 H.O.R.S.E. will have cards in the air at 4 PM, followed by the $400 PLO/NLH Mixed on Sunday, March 24.

Other highlights on the schedule include the $3,300 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller (March 28), the $1,125 Mystery Bounty (March 27), and, of course, the $1,700 MAIN EVENT

The marquee event of the series is a three-day tournament stretched over three starting flights. Flight A will have cards in the air on Friday, March 29, at 10 AM, followed by Flight B and C the two following days. The event is boosted with a $500,000 guarantee, and a large starting field is to be expected. Last year, the Horseshoe Circuit Main Event attracted 833 entries, generating a total prizepool of $1,261,995, with Philadelphia's Bin Weng defeating Alex Foxen heads-up to take home the $227,344 first-place prize.

WSOP's official Circuit Media Partner, Poker.org, will provide coverage of the full series with end-of-night chip count reports, interviews, highlights of big hands, and much more. Make sure to follow Poker.org on Twitter (@pokerorg) and Instagram (@poker_org_) not to miss any of the action.

All official gold ring winners from this WSOP Circuit stop will qualify for the invitation-only “Tournament of Champions”, held at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, CA, at the end of the 2023/24 Circuit season. 2024 Online winners will also be eligible to compete in the prestigious event.

Here is a look at the full ring event schedule for the Horseshoe Las Vegas Circuit.

If you've ever watched the World Series of Poker and thought that could be me, you're not alone. Since 1970, the WSOP has been the place where that dream lives. Most people know the summer series in Las Vegas, where the $10,000 Main Event turns ordinary players into legends. But the WSOP calendar has grown well beyond that. WSOP Europe and WSOP Paradise now bring bracelet competition to international destinations, and dozens of Circuit events run year-round for players who want serious competition closer to home. Whether you're grinding a Circuit stop or taking your shot at the Main Event, the hardware means something. Winning a gold bracelet or Circuit ring is more than just a trophy. It's a permanent record that you are a champion. For players in Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, WSOP Online has become something worth paying attention to. It's the only platform in the US where you can win a poker tournament for official WSOP gold bracelets without leaving home! The WSOP also offers deposit limits and self-exclusion tools because the best poker rooms have always known that keeping poker players healthy keeps the game healthy. From your first Circuit event to a final table in Las Vegas, WSOP is still where you go to prove something.
