The World Series of Poker returns to Horseshoe Hammond for 16 ring events between February 29 - March 11.

Las Vegas, Nevada (February 27, 2024) - The poker world was buzzing with excitement last week, as the World Series of Poker dropped the much anticipated daily event schedule for the 55th Annual World Series of Poker.

The 2024 World Series of Poker is still three months away, however, there is still lots of Circuit action left to go before commencing in Las Vegas. Next up is Horseshoe Hammond, as the Circuit travels to Chicago for a two week series between February 29 - March 11, featuring a total of 16 ring events and over $2 million in guaranteed prize money. 

The series will start off strong, with a five-flight $400 No-Limit Hold'em event boosted with a $500,000 guarantee, followed by the popular $600 Mystery Bounty. 

Other highlights on the Hammond Circuit schedule include the $400 Omaha 8 (March 4), $2,200 High Roller (March 10), and the $1,700 MAIN EVENT (March 7).

The marquee event of the series is boosted with a $1 million guarantee, and players will have three flights to choose from. Flight A will have cards in the air on Thursday, March 7, followed by Flight B and C the two following days.

Last year, the Main Event drew a field of 668 entries, generating a total prizepool of $1,042,320. Fayetteville's Brant Jolly emerged victorious that time, and will sit as the reigning champ until this year's Main Event concludes, on the last day of the series on Monday, March 11.

All official gold ring winners from this WSOP Circuit stop will qualify for the invitation-only “Tournament of Champions”, held at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, CA, at the end of the 2023/24 Circuit season. 2024 Online winners will also be eligible to compete in the prestigious event.
