Las Vegas, Nevada (April 19, 2023) - The World Series of Poker Circuit is on its final leg, with only three stops left of the 2022/23 season before the start of the 54th Annual World Series of Poker.

The Grand Victoria Casino Circuit concluded on Monday, with Joshua Reichard taking down the $1,700 Main Event to capture the fourteenth gold ring of his career. The Wisconsin native is now tied with Maurice Hawkins for the most rings in WSOP history.

We are now shifting focus to Tunica, Mississippi, as the Circuit returns to Horseshoe Tunica between April 20 - May 1 - a series featuring 16 ring events and almost $2 Million in guarantees.

The series kicks off on Thursday, April 20th, with the $400 No-Limit Hold'em 30K Stack, followed by Event #2: $400 No-Limit Hold'em. The second event of the series consists of four starting flights and drew a field of 1,222 players in January earlier this year. The massive field generated a total prize pool of $318,212, indicating that the $200,000 guarantee will not be put to use this time around.

Other highlights on the schedule include the $600 Mystery Bounty (April 27), and the marquee event of the series, the $1,700 Main Event.

The Main Event will be stretched over two starting flights. Flight A will have cards in the air Friday, April 28th at 11:00 AM, followed by Flight B at the same start time on Saturday.

The last Main Event in Tunica drew 642 players for a total prize pool of just short of $1 Million. The popular showman Preston McEwen emerged victorious that time and will sit as the reigning champ until this year's winner is crowned on Monday, May 1st, bringing the Horseshoe Tunica Circuit to a conclusion.

All official gold ring winners from this WSOP Circuit stop will qualify for the invitation-only “Tournament of Champions.” The $1 million freeroll event will be held during the 2023 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. 2022/23 online bracelet winners will also be eligible to compete in the 2nd Annual signature event.
