ROZVADOV, Czech Republic – August 1 2017 – King’s Casino Rozvadov is proud to announce that they have raised the guarantee of the €10,000 + €350 entry World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) Main Event taking place November 4-10 from €4,000,000 to €5,000,000. In other breaking news King’s also guarantee that first place will now take home €1,000,000!
King’s Casino’s Leon Tsoukernik said: “We are encouraged by the number of early bookings for the WSOPE, so much so that we have raised the total guarantee of the Main Event to €5,000,000 and now guarantee €1,000,000 to the winner! My advice is to book now and secure your spot. In addition, we already have over 90 x €11k deposits for the €111k High Roller For One Drop starting November 3 so we encourage anybody that wants to play to confirm very fast as we have a cap of 111 players and we are still three months away from the event! The demand is strong and I have given up my own seat and will play host instead. My €11k deposit will go to One Drop.”
“Last year alone, we brought over 250,000 poker players to Rozvadov. Although this is already a great result for a town of 500, I believe we will be able to double that number as soon as our plans for expansion are completed and people will get the opportunity to come here for a proper poker holiday,” Leon added.
The WSOPE at King’s is the highlight of what promises to be Europe’s biggest ever poker festival with well over €20,000,000 guaranteed as the WSOPC leads straight into the WSOPE. In total there are a whopping 14 rings and 11 bracelets up for grabs from September 28 – November 10. One person signed up for the full marathon is WSOP bracelet record holder Phil Hellmuth.
