Day 1B of the World Series of Poker Main Event at Bally’s Casino in
Las Vegas, NV has just concluded. The chip leader of this flight is
Olivier Busquet who bagged up 280,500.
Rounding out the top five are: Stephen Lichtenberger (277,500), Ming
Zhu (271,000), James Carroll (249,000), and Ricky Price (248,000).
Day 1A chip leader, Javier Zarco is heading the leaderboard going
into Day 2 with 428,000. Zarco is followed by: Michael Collins
(295,500), and Olivier Busquet (280,500).
Other players advancing to Day 2 from today’s flight 1B included:

(132,000), Christina Lindley (114,500), Brandon Fish (112,000), Roland

Day 1A of this event attracted 509 players on Friday, and another 705
registered today (Day 1B) for a grand total of 1,214 entries. A total
of 247 players advanced to Day 2 (96 from Friday and 151 from tonight).
The total prizepool is $1,821,000 with first place taking home an

In addition to the first-place prize money, the winner of the Main
Event will also earn a free entry into 2016 WSOP Global Casino
Championship. That invitation-only event will have a minimum prizepool
of $1,000,000, and the free entry is valued at $10,000.
