THE CIRCUIT HEADS BACK TO HARVEYS LAKE TAHOE

Stateline, Nev. (October 26, 2015) -- The World Series of Poker Circuit has now completed six of the 21 stops, including one international stop, of the 2015-2016 tour with the Horseshoe Hammond stop wrapping up later tonight. The seventh stop on the Circuit will be Harveys Lake Tahoe in Stateline, Nevada. This will be the 12th consecutive year that Harveys Lake Tahoe has hosted a WSOP Circuit event.
The action kicks off Thursday, October 29 with a $365 No-Limit Hold'em Re-Entry event. There will be 12 gold ring events, including the $1,675 Main Event that begins Friday, November 6. It will conclude along with the series on Monday, November 9.
Last years Main Event winner at Harveys Lake Tahoe was Jesse Wilke. Wilke defeated a field of 380 players to earn his first WSOP Circuit ring, as well as the top prize of $125,401.
The winner of the Main Event and the Casino Champion will earn a seat to the Global Casino Championship held at the end of the year. They will compete for a minimum $1 million prize pool, as well as a gold bracelet. The Casino Champion is the player who accumulates the most points at the Circuit stop. Players earn points based on how well they finish in a tournament. More information on the National Championship leaderboard can be found on WSOP.com.
