Helping unveil the richest trophy in sports, Las Vegas-based magician and illusionist Criss Angel joined World Series of Poker Vice President Jack Effel at the WSOP Feature Table to showoff a 2025 WSOP Main Event bracelet worth $500,000.
Las Vegas, Nevada (July 5, 2025) - Keeping up with the tradition of having celebrities of note help reveal the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event bracelet at the summer series, the WSOP enlisted the services of world-renowned magician and illusionist Criss Angel to unveil the 2025 WSOP Main Event bracelet.
Arriving at the Horseshoe and Paris on the Las Vegas Strip in his Rolls Royce and accompanied by armed guards, Angel made his way to the WSOP Feature Table to assist WSOP Vice President Jack Effel in debuting the 2025 WSOP Main Event bracelet.
With his own studio produced song Mindfreak playing in the background, Angel effortlessly garnered the attention of all the poker players who were currently on break in the WSOP Main Event.
After being introduced by Effel, Angel showed off the newest edition of the WSOP Main Event bracelet on his wrist and gushed over its appearance and worth.
"I've got to say, this is incredible," Angel said to a crowd of players and poker media members. "I'm here to show you this amazing, this beautiful $500,000 bracelet. It goes well with my attire and my jewelry!"

After showing off the glistening 2025 WSOP Main Event bracelet to all of the players, staff, and media in attendance, Angel wished the 4,516 players battling in Flight C of the WSOP Main Event the best of luck before they resumed competing for the biggest prize in poker.
Speaking in front of a Feature Table that included the likes of recent WSOP bracelet winner Darren Elias, Angel instructed the players to close their eyes, reach out their hand, visualize winning the top prize, and imagine the weight of the WSOP Main Event bracelet on their wrist.
Just when it seemed like Angel may pull off one of his famous illusions, while the players at the WSOP Feature Table held their eyes closed, Angel silently walked away from the stage before exclaiming the magic words "Shuffle up and deal!"
While Angel ushered the highly sought after jewelry off of the Horseshoe tournament floor following it's unveiling, the 2025 WSOP Main Event will return for Day 2 of the tournament scheduled for Sunday, July 6th.
Visitors and locals of Las Vegas can see Criss Angel’s residency show MINDFREAK at Planet Hollywood, a Caesars Entertainment property located next to Paris on the Las Vegas Strip and can purchase tickets at https://crissangel.com/planet-hollywood-mindfreak/
While the 2025 WSOP Main Event is already underway, players can still enter the biggest poker tournament of the year during today’s Day 1D Flight or tomorrow’s Day 2A scheduled to begin at noon Pacific Time.
