1. INTRODUCTION

  • 1.1 This website, www.wsop.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Bracelet IP Limited, either independently or in collaboration with its corporate subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, or joint ventures (collectively, "WSOP," "we," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions of Use (referred to as the "Terms and Conditions," "Terms," or "Agreement") establish the legal framework governing your access to and use of the Site.
  • 1.2 By accessing and using this Site, you acknowledge and confirm your unconditional agreement to comply with these Terms. Your continued use of the Site is subject to your adherence to these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you are not permitted to access or use the Site. Before proceeding, please review the WSOP Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), available at www.wsop.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

  • 2.1 WSOP retains the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. If we determine that a change to these Terms is significant, we will post a notice on www.wsop.com for a period we deem appropriate. By accessing or using the Site after such changes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the revised Terms. The latest version of this Agreement will always be available on www.wsop.com and will supersede all previous versions.
  • 2.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you continue to agree with them each time you use the Site.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • 3.1 The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Certain portions of the Site may be subject to additional age restrictions as required by applicable laws or regulations.

4. LIMITED LICENSE TO THE SITE

  • 4.1 WSOP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Site for informational and non-commercial purposes only. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms. You shall not:
    • Use the Site in any manner that could harm WSOP or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, including through hacking, data scraping, or automated data collection;
    • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Site’s content;
  • 4.2 WSOP reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, with or without cause.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • 5.1 The Site, including all its content such as text, videos, images, designs, software, music, articles, directories, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, logos, domain names, patents, and any other intellectual property (collectively, the "Material"), is owned by WSOP or licensed by third parties. The Material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.
  • 5.2 Unless explicitly authorized in writing by WSOP, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works, publish, reverse engineer, upload, display, link, or otherwise use any Material from the Site. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to the Material without prior written consent from WSOP or the respective third-party owner.
  • 5.3 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Material is strictly prohibited.
  • 5.4 Any unauthorized use of the Material will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may violate WSOP’s or third-party intellectual property rights. WSOP reserves the right to enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law and may modify or remove any Material at any time without notice or liability.

6. UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS

  • 6.1 WSOP welcomes feedback on its products and services but does not accept unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials unless explicitly requested. This policy is in place to prevent potential disputes over similarities between submitted ideas and projects developed by WSOP. Therefore, do not submit original creative materials with an expectation of compensation or confidentiality.
  • 6.2 If you choose to submit unsolicited content ("Submissions"), WSOP is free to use such Submissions without obligation to you. Any Submission will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and WSOP shall have unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or exploit the Submission in any way, without compensation or credit to you. By submitting materials, you waive any claims against WSOP related to their use. WSOP is not obligated to review, acknowledge, or use any Submissions.

7. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

  • 7.1 The Site may contain links to external websites and third-party content ("Third-Party Sites"). WSOP does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of these Third-Party Sites. Your use of Third-Party Sites is at your own risk, and WSOP encourages you to review their terms before engaging with them.
  • 7.2 WSOP is not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise from your use of Third-Party Sites. In no event will we be responsible for the information contained in such Third-Party Sites, their practices or for your use of or inability to use such Third-Party Sites. You explicitly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any Third-Party Sites.

8. NO RESALE OR EXPLOITATION

  • 8.1 You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without explicit permission from WSOP.

9. TERMINATION

  • 9.1 WSOP reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. WSOP is not liable for any consequences resulting from termination of access. Any violation of these Terms may result in access restrictions.

10. DISCLAIMER

  • 10.1 WSOP makes no guarantees regarding the availability, functionality, or accuracy of the Site. The Site may experience interruptions, technical issues, or downtime due to maintenance or other factors. WSOP is not responsible for service failures, technical malfunctions, or any related damages.
  • 10.2 The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WSOP does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and assumes no responsibility for defects, viruses, or other harmful components.

11.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that WSOP, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, licensees, assigns, and their respective employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages of any kind, whether arising in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from or connected with the Site, its materials, or any related services (collectively, the "Released Matters"). This exclusion applies regardless of whether such damages result from negligence, human error, acts of God, telecommunications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Site. This limitation remains in effect even if WSOP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • 11.2 WSOP makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, currency, or adequacy of any information, facts, views, opinions, statements, or recommendations contained on the Site or within its materials.   • 11.3 You acknowledge that the internet is inherently subject to security breaches. WSOP shall not be liable for any damages to any user's computer or other devices resulting from such security breaches, including but not limited to damages caused by viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer line failures, or other technical malfunctions.

12. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

  • 12.1 If you believe that any material appearing on this site has been copied or used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent:
    • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
    • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and
    • A statement by you, made in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
    • The exact URL or a detailed description of where the alleged infringing material is located;
    • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;

13. INDEMNIFICATION

  • 13.1 By using the Site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any third-party claims, alleged claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, damages, losses, liabilities, and all associated costs and expenses of defense, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to: (i) your breach of any representations, warranties, covenants, or agreements set forth herein; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (iii) your use of the Site and/or its materials in a manner that violates these Terms; (iv) any information or material transmitted through your computer, whether submitted by you or not, that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other legal right, or that defames any individual; (v) any misrepresentation made by you; and/or (vi) WSOP’s use of your information.
  • 13.2 You agree to fully cooperate, to the extent reasonably required, in WSOP’s defense of any such claim. WSOP reserves the right, at its sole expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not settle any such matter without WSOP’s prior written consent.

14. TIME LIMITATION FOR CLAIMS

  • 14.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim relating to the site or these Terms must be initiated within one (1) year of the relevant events giving rise to the claim. Claims not commenced within this period are permanently barred.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

  • 15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements. Amendments to these Terms or waivers of obligations require WSOP’s written authorization. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
  • 15.2 If any part of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the rest of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intent of the parties.
  • 15.3 No waiver by us of any terms of this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any terms of this Agreement.
  • 15.4 Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or any other benefits to third parties.
  • 15.5 Subject to applicable laws and regulation, we may outsource any or all of the services it provides under the Agreement to third parties.
  • 15.6 Any breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to WSOP, entitling WSOP to injunctive relief in addition to other legal remedies, without requiring a bond.

16. GOVERNING LAW

  • 16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to the jurisdiction in Ireland and waive any defenses regarding personal jurisdiction and venue.

17. DISCLAIMER

  • 17.1 The Site does not offer or provide any form of online gaming or gambling services. All content available on this site is strictly for information purposes only and is intended to provide general insights, updates, and resources related to WSOP.
