This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is effective from: May 15, 2025.
This Privacy Policy describes how Bracelet IP Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies (collectively, “Company”, “WSOP”, “us”, "our”, or “we”) collect and process personal information related to our website, www.wsop.com, any other websites and applications operated by WSOP (“Site”), and our online or offline services (collectively, “Services”). In some cases, additional or supplemental privacy notices may be provided and will apply to certain personal information collected and processed by us.
WSOP is concerned with protecting the privacy of any Personal Data that you may choose to provide to us (“Personal Data”). WSOP will ensure that the Processing of your Personal Data is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation, (“GDPR”), (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Accordingly, WSOP issues this Policy to inform you of our use of your Personal Data.
1. INTRODUCTION
- 1.1 Your utilization of our Services and any privacy-related disputes are governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at: www.wsop.com/terms-and-conditions/.
- 1.2 Bracelet IP Limited, a company incorporated in Suite C, Third Floor, Apex Business Centre, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, Dublin, Ireland, collects, processes and retains Personal Data and ensures that the below steps are taken to protect such Personal Data.
- 1.3 By engaging with our Services, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood this Privacy Policy. If you are not comfortable with providing your Personal Data as described herein, please refrain from using our Services.
- 1.4 Definitions: The following terms “Anonymisation”, “Controller”, “Processor”, “Data Subject”, “Data Portability” “Personal Data”, “Processed/Processing”, “Pseudonymisation”, “Cross-Border processing of Personal Data”, “Supervisory Authority” used in this document shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR.
“You” means the user, the ‘Data Subject’ who is using our Services. - 1.5 This Policy is based on the following GDPR principles:

- Player Performance Tracking: We monitor live event results, player rankings, Player of the Year standings, tournament titles, final table appearances, tournament cashes, and total WSOP tournament earnings. We may also analyze website usage and demographic data. We may receive and collect data from third-party poker services regarding your gameplay and performance on their platforms. This may include information such as cash winnings, tournament results, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Registration Details: Information such as your full name, contact number, and email address, among other details, may be collected when you register for our Services.
- 2.2 We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical data for any purpose. Aggregated data could be derived from your personal data but it is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. - 3.3 To ensure a good quality of service we may monitor any communication you have with us whether in writing or by electronic mail or telephone calls (“recordings”). Any recordings remain the property of WSOP and will be used only for the purposes mentioned above.

We may retain your Personal Data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
- 12.2 To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
