David Tuthill raises to 250,000 on the button and AP Phahurat reraises to 600,000 out of the big blind. Tuthill calls and the flop comes    . Phahurat bets 450,000 and Tuthill raises to 975,000.

Phahurat asks Tuthill, "Do you want to go home?" He then moves all-in and Tuthill quickly calls.

Tuthill shows    for a queen high flush draw, and Phahurat needs help with his    for a smaller flush draw. The   on the turn takes away any pair outs for Phahurat and, with the   on the river, Tuthill takes the pot, the Ring, and the first place payday of $223,197.

David Tuthill also earns a seat into the 2013 WSOP National Championship presented by Southern Comfort 100 Proof at Harrah's New Orleans from May 21-23.

Phahurat earns a well-deserved $137,603 for his second place finish.

David Tuthill completes the small blind and Shaun Suller checks his option in the big blind. The flop comes     and Suller moves all-in for right around a million chips. Tuthill gets a rough count and thinks a few seconds before calling with    for middle pair. Suller trails with    for bottom pair.

The   on the turn takes away some of Suller's outs, as it puts a pair on the board, counterfeiting his seven. The river brings the   and Suller is eliminated, leaving David Tuthill and AP Phahurat to duke it out heads-up.

The flop comes     and Suller check-calls a bet of 100,000 from Phahurat. The turn brings the  and Suller checks again. Phahurat bets 275,000, then Suller check-raises all-in having Phahurat's remaining 4.2 million just covered.

Phahurat shows    for a made seven-high straight, while Suller holds    for an open-ended straight draw. Suller is drawing to a chop, but doesn't get there with the   on the river, so Phahurat scoops the biggest pot of the tournament to double up, while Suller is left iwth just a handful of chips.
