Event #3: £3,000 No-Limit Hold’em

If you want fast and furious action with a plethora of bust-outs then the ₤1k event is the one for you. For a third day in a row it has been bust-out after bust-out. It's what happens when you only start with 3,000 chips as you're forced to take your chances when you have them. The player who took those chances the best was Leonard Truche who finished on 42,400 after winning a flip late on versus Kumal Choraria. He's closely followed by Song Lee(40,300), Ting He(40,100) and Adam Fradgley (40,100).

185 players stumped up ₤1,000 to enter Day 1c of this event and they where whittled down to just four tables and 25 players. Those who tried their best, but failed, to be part of the gang coming back tomorrow were Andy Bloch, Michael Mizrachi, Jeff Madsen, Neil Channing, John Racener, James Akenhead, Dave Ulliot, Phil Laak, Justin Smith and Erik Seidel.

Other players happy to be part of the gang are Maria Demetriou, Richard Hawes, Richard Allen and Allen Kessler. None of them have a big stacks but for now they are happy to be through. The gang will consist of 80 tomorrow but only 54 of those will be getting paid. Play starts at 2pm BST tomorrow where the action will be tense from the start. As soon as that bubble bursts though it'll be more of the carnage experienced the last three days. For now it's good night from London, we hope to see you back here tomorrow.

Levi Twindley has been mixing it up in many pots today and on the whole it was working for him. That was until a moment ago when he busted to Stephen Chidwick. He got it in good with ace-eight to Chidwick's king-nine but he was powerless to stop a nine falling on the flop. Chidwick on around 30,000 after the hand.

As Kessler was busy winning a race one side of the floor Jessica Dawley was busy losing one the other. Maria Demetriou told us that she got it in with pocket fives versus ace-king and a king fell on the turn to bust her.

Allen Kessler motioned us over to his table where a huge pot was brewing.

Adam Fradgley was all-in for 9,775 on a       flop, another player called and now Freddy Deeb was debating his next move. Finally, he said, "I'm all-in."

The caller looked disappointed, opting to fold his hand and preserve the remaining 18,000.

Deeb showed     but he need some luck as Fradgley had flopped the straight with     and was still ahead in this pot that had seen more action than a Dolph Lundgren flick.

The   did nothing save improving Fradgley to a 10-high straight while the   was as exactly as it seems, a total blank.

Deeb dropped to 8,000 while Fradgley sits with around 38,000

Song Lee opened for 1,550 from early position and Tony Cousineau pushed for 5,875 more. Lee tanked for a couple of minutes before making the call with     live at least, against Cousineau's    . The flop brought something for both coming       as Lee took the lead Cousineau had overs and a flush draw. The   turn changed nothing and neither did the   river.

A disappointed Cousineau eliminated just before the end of day having lead for much of it.

Players are on a 20 minute break before we play one more level.

Maria Demetriou has been feeling the agony and the ecstasy over the last few minutes. First she snap-folded to a 2,825 bet on the river of a           but was helpfully also shown     for her troubles.

Soon after she pushed all-in for 3,950 from the small blind against Allen Kessler's button raise. Kessler made the call with     against Demetriou's     but she managed to catch on the          

With just 41 players remaining today with nearly an hour and three-quarters to go in the tournament it's looking like the total number of players coming back could be below 80 in total.

And with just 54 players being paid from tomorrow, it looks as though the bubble will be happening fairly early on Monday.

Like a master-ninja-in-training, Allen Kessler is ducking and diving his way through the field today and just managed to survive to double up to around the 11,000 mark.

A simple case of     against     and an aceless/kingless           board which turned Kessler's 5,550 stack into a much more palpable 11,500.

Levi Twindley tried getting another opponent off a hand (unless it was a tracing paper thin value bet) but again he was called and lost. He was UTG and up against Tommy Vedes and the BB. The board read      at the turn and Twindley was the only caller after Vedes bet 1,275. The river came   and Twindley led out for 1,875. Call.

Twindley tabled    for a pair of fives but lost out to Vedes'   . Vedes up to 25,000 but Twindley still going well on 24,000.
