WSOPE Event #5: €550 No-Limit Hold'em Colossus

Michal Schuh open-jammed his button as chipleader. Georgios Tsouloftas called in the small blind for 14,750,000 and the cards went on their backs.

Tsouloftas had the dominating hand and had Schuh drawing dead on the      turn. The   river did not matter as Tsouloftas doubled up and retook the chip lead.

Georgios Tsouloftas pushed in his stack of 9,275,000 on the button and was looked up by Erik van Hulst in the small blind.

Tsouloftas was dominated, and the     flop did nothing to change that fact. The   did, however, as it gave him two pair to take a sizable lead.

The   river was a safe one, doubling him up and eclipsing Van Hulst in the counts.

Michal Schuh limped in from the small blind and Georgios Tsouloftas checked in the big blind. Schuh continued for 600,000 on the     flop, which Tsouloftas raised to 1,800,000.

Schuh then three-bet to 4,700,000 and Tsouloftas called with his gutshot. The   saw Schuh slow down with a check. This signaled Tsouloftas to bet 5,000,000, which Schuh called after some thinking time.

The   river completed the board, prompting Schuh to check again. Tsouloftas checked back this time, and Schuh tabled    for two pair.

He dragged the pot as Tsouloftas had been bluffing with his   , solidifying a chip lead over the other two players.

Georgios Tsouloftas limped in from under the gun and Michal Schuh called from the small blind. Paul Runcan was in the big blind with 200,000 behind, and checked.

All three checked the     flop to the   turn. Shuh bet 600,000, Runcan called all-in, and Tsouloftas folded.
