Albeck Avenges His Loss

Samuel Albeck raised his button to 90,000. Goran Urumovic three-bet the pot from the small blind, after which Albeck jammed all in for 442,000.

Urumovic looked him up, covering him by a few big blinds.

Albeck flopped a jack on     to take the lead. The   turn gave both players two pair, with Albeck having the higher one, while the   river changed nothing.

Albeck raked in a double-up, climbing back to a stack of 30 big blind and leaving Urumovic with crumbs.

Ferenc Deak limped from the button and Hokyiu Lee called from the small blind before Alen Sabic checked out of the big blind.

After the action checked to Deak on the     flop, he bet 100,000. Lee check-raised to 300,000, Sabic folded and Deak made the call for all of his remaining chips

Deak was ahead with two pair but had to fade Lee's straight draw to stay alive. The   on the turn improved Lee to the nuts as the   came on the river, and Deak was sent to the cashier's desk in twelfth place.

Carmi and Albeck Flip for Piles

Eran Carmi raised to 70,000 in middle position and was called by Samuel Albeck in the big blind. The     flop was checked by Albeck, after which Carmi continued for 125,000.

Albeck then raised to 535,000. Carmi moved in for 717,000 in response and was snapped off by Albeck, who had the covering stack.

Albeck's two pair was up against the flush draw and pair of Carmi. The   turn was a good one for Carmi, as it gave him trips to take a massive lead.

The   river changed nothing, and Carmi booked a huge double-up to become the table chipleader.

Hokyiu Lee raised to 60,000 from the button and Alen Sabic three-bet to 200,000 from the small blind. Lee called to see a flop.

The flop of     saw Sabic check-call a bet of 150,000 from Lee.

After Sabic checked the   turn, Lee bet 250,000 and Sabic called.

Sosic Gets Gifted Chips

David Sosic raised his small blind to 50,000 and saw Thomas Hueber call in the big blind. Sosic continued for 35,000 on the     flop and Hueber called.

Hueber also called when Sosic sized up to 100,000 on the   turn. The   river completed the board, prompting Sosic to bet 50,000.

Hueber went deep into the tank and engaged in some speech play. Eventually, he stated, "Present for you, my friend," as he tossed in a call.

Sosic tabled      for Broadway, and Hueber's cards flew into the muck in defeat.

Tamazi Skhirtladze limped in from the small blind and Milan Skacel checked his option in the big blind.

Skhirtladze then bet 60,000 on the     flop, only to be raised all-in for 170,000 by Skacel. Skhirtladze instantly called and the cards were tabled.

Saliba Receives Another Double-Up

Alen Sabic raised to 60,000 in the hijack and Vivian Saliba defended her big blind. The     flop was checked by Saliba, after which Sabic put her all-in for 165,000. Saliba instantly called and the players showed down.

Alexi Skoulos opened to 75,000 from early position and David Sosic defended his big blind.

Sosic check-called a bet of 50,000 from Skoulos on the     flop.

The   turn saw Sosic lead out for 50,000 with Skoulos making the call.

Anheier's Aces Hold in Massive Pot

Markus Anheier

Dennis Weiss raised to 40,000 in early position and was called by Levani Rozomashvili in the seat next to him.

The action then folded to Markus Anheier in the hijack, who squeezed in a three-bet to 190,000. Weiss called and so did Rozomashvili.

The flop came out    . Weiss checked but Rozomashvili led out for a pot-sized bet which covered both his opponents' stacks. After some time in the tank, Anheier called all-in for 579,000 before Weiss folded.     .
