Blazin Blasko Jams Into Boghean
With plenty of chips already in the middle in a battle of the blinds to the turn, Andrei Boghean checked over to Marek Blasko, who bet 70,000 and was called. On the river, Boghean checked once more and Blasko moved all in for around 124,000.
Boghean folded and Blasko flashed his cards to a friend one table over. "You can almost make a straight with that, right?" he joked and then showed the to everyone on his table.

Lewis Shakes Off Miegel

Romain Lewis and Jakob Miegel were involved in a pot containing around 52,000 when the board read . Lewis, third earlier this series in the €550 PLO, bet 35,000 and Miegel slid in a call.
The river was the and Lewis fired a hefty 100,000, two-thirds of Miegel's remaining stack, and the German waved the white flag rather quickly.

The registration is now officially closed and the total number of entries has now been locked at 534 entries which is five more entries than last year. This also means that the €5,000,000 prize pool has been surpassed and the total prize pool after taxes now stands at €5,073,000.

Finger Left Short; Rous Eliminated

Kristen Bicknell raised to 5,000 in the cutoff and Martin Finger three-bet to 17,200 on the button, which was called by big stack Robert Skopalik in the small blind and initial raiser Bicknell. On the flop, action checked to Finger and he continued for 17,000, this time only Skopalik called.
The turn was checked through and Skopalik also checked the river. Finger bet 75,000 with 22,000 behind and Skopalik moved all in to force a very expensive fold from Finger, Skopalik flashed for a full house.
Two tables over, another Czech was involved in the action and that happened to be Tomas Rous. He moved all in after the turn and Norbert Szecsi snap-called from one seat over. Rous turned over for the nutflushdraw and Szecsi held the for top pair and top kicker. The river was a blank and Rous busted just before the dinner break.

Johansson Pounds on Veiga
In a three-bet pot, Anton Johansson had bet the flop and Diogo Veiga had called in position. On the turn, Johansson checked, Veiga bet 35,000, and Johansson check-raised all in for 212,000.
Veiga was agonizing over it and laid it down after three minutes. Multiple people at the table, with Vladimir Troyanovskiy being the loudest of them all, begged Johansson to show. The Swede made a few gestures of wanting to show, but ultimately left the onlookings hanging and mucked face-down.

McNulty Nearly Triples
Anatoly Filatov opened to 6,000 from under the gun and Sean McNulty just called directly to his left. Oswin Ziegelbecker three-bet to 28,000 from the cutoff and Filatov made the call. McNulty was sitting on a stack of 60,000 and pushed all in which allowed Ziegelbecker to shove over the top. Filatov asked for a count but elected to fold to Zieglebecker's shove of 188,700.

Kempe Doubles Through Sekularac

A raise and a call were followed by the three-bet of Ognjen Sekularac in the small blind, who made it 27,000 to go. Rainer Kempe in the big blind gave it some thought and eventually moved all in for 133,500, which forced out the initial raiser and Will Givens on the button. Sekularac made the call and Kempe held the superior pocket pair in showdown.

On the three-way flop of , action checked to Orpen Kisacikoglu and he bet 5,000. Only Josef Snejberg called in late position and checked again the turn. Kisacikoglu now bet 25,000 and Snejberg called once more.
