Gray and Bulychev Even in Chips

On a flop of    , Ilya Bulychev bet 150,000 with the      on the button and Jason Gray check-called in the big blind with the ¥    . The   turn gave Gray even more outs with the flush draw and he checked, Bulychev checked back.

They also checked the   river and Bulychev won the pot with two pair, as Gray missed his double draw.

Gray Clashes With Tsang

Ilya Bulychev raised with the      and Jason Gray defended the      in the small blind. The     flop gave Gray trips and a flush draw, which he bet for 175,000. Bulychev gave it some thought, but ended up folding.

Gray then raised to 140,000 on the button with      and Anson Tsang three-bet the pot to 470,000 in the small blind with his     . Gray tossed in the additional chips and a pot of 990,000 emerged to the     flop, which gave Tsang had hit top set and Gray bottom two pair.

Tsang carefully considered his bet size and made it 400,000, Gray folded instantly.

Jason Gray opened the action with an under the gun raise to 140,000. Big blind Ludvig Sterner defended his big blind.

The flop came down     and Sterner took over the betting lead with a bet of 130,000. Gray put in 500,000 and Sterner moved all in. Gray called in quick fashion and they went to showdown.

Jason Gray opened to 140,000 from the cutoff and Anson Tsang called from the button. Both the players in the blinds folded and they went heads-up to the flop.

Tsang Takes Last Hand Before the Break

Gray Doubles Through Tsang

Anson Tsang raised to 100,000 from the under the gun position and Ludvig Sterner had a decision on the small blind. He ended up folding, but big blind Jason Gray called the bet to see the flop.

Hokyiu Lee was so short he was forced all in from the big blind with     . Quan Zhou sat on the dealer button and he limped. Small blind Ludvig Sterner bet 149,000 and Zhou called.

The     flop came down and Sterner checked to Zhou. Zhou decided to put on the pressure as he slid a big stack of 25,000 chips to the middle. Sterner folded his cards and Zhou opened up his hand.

Zhou was holding      and was well ahead of Lee's bottom pair. The turn was the   and the river was the   to end Lee's tournament in sixth place. Lee won €15,134 finishing sixth.

Bulychev Doubles Into the Chip Lead

Anson Tsang raised on the button with the      and was called by Quan Zhou in the big blind with the     . On the     flop, Zhou checked and Tsang bet 95,000 into a pot of 230,000. Zhou check-raised to 245,000 and Tsang sent his cards into the muck.

Hokyiu Lee eventually got involved in the action and raised to 110,000 from the under-the-gun position with     . Ilya Bulychev on the button three-bet to 320,000 with      and Lee indeed gave it some thought before tossing in the additional chips. The flop brought     and Lee bet the pot for 700,000.

Bulychev only had 864,000 behind and moved all in after short consideration, Lee called it off.

Neither the   turn nor the   river improved Lee and Bulychev scored a massive double, while Lee was left with fewer than one big blind and in the big blind the next hand.

Zhou Doubles Up Through Bulychev

Ilya Bulychev raised to 100,000 from the cutoff and Quan Zhou sat on the button. He decided to three-bet to 307,000 with only 450,000 behind. Bulychev took his time to think over his decision. He was counting out the call and he pushed the chips forward after about two minutes.
