Hand #93: Out of the small blind, Thomas Hofmann raised to 200,000 and Albert Hoekendijk three-bet to 580,000 in the big blind. "This might be a big one," Hoekendijk added and Hofmann called. On the     flop, Hofmann checked and folded to a bet of 450,000 by the Dutchman. "Good fold my friend," Hoekendijk said and flashed the  .
