A short-stacked Mark DeFaria got the last of his chips in the middle preflop against Sergey Tikhonov. Tikhonov held   . DeFaria had overcards to Tikhonov's pair with   . "I Make the Right Call Every Time and Lose"

Mark Jun opened for 20,000 in the cutoff, and Chris DeMaci moved all in for 168,000 from the small blind. Jun went into the tank, and he called after about a minute.

Jun:   
DeMaci:   

"Alright, ace on the flop," Jun said.

He didn't get an ace, but he did catch a pair of tens on the     flop. The turn was a  .

"Seven," Jun said, willing a brick to come out. "Seven."

The dealer burned and turned a   though, giving DeMaci new life and a sizable stack, and cutting Jun's stack in about half.

"Jesus Christ," he said. "I make the right call every time and lose."

Celestino Cripples Dressler in Massive Pot

Ariel Celestino raised to 12,000, and Kai Dressler made it 25,000 to go. After action folded back around, Celestino made it 56,000 total, and Dressler made the call.

The flop was    , and Celestino came out with a tiny bet of 26,000. Dressler called. The turn was a  , and Celestino again fired small, 48,500 this time. Dressler said he was all in, and Celestino beat him to the pot, flipping   . Dressler slumped back in his seat, turning over   , and he was drawing dead.

Dressler busted his last few chips shortly thereafter.

Pusztai Four-Bets

Denis Gnidash opened for a raise on the button, and Mark Jun reraised to 32,000 from the small blind. Balint Pusztai, in the big blind, woke with a cold four-bet all in for 116,500 more. Gnidash folded, and Jun went into the tank.

"Wow, that's a lot of chips," he said. "I don't understand why you would do that."

He got out of his seat and paced for a bit, thinking it over. Finally, after about two minutes, he folded.
