The match has been severely lacking in showdowns the last while. We got oh so close to one just now but Randy Ohel tank-folded to Benjamin Lazer on the last betting round.

Ohel two-bet from the button and Lazer called. Both players drew two and Lazer check-called a bet. Both players drew one and Lazer led out at this juncture. Call. Lazer stood pad and led out again after Ohel drew one. Fold.

Ohel won two samll hands after this and then the clock was paused as the two players went on a quick bathroom break.

The swings are big now as the limits are so high. A couple of big pots one way or the other could end this match.

Luckily for Randy Ohel a couple of uncontested pots and one showdown hand saw the match swing back his way. He three-bet Benjamin Lazer's open before both players drew two, and then checked.

Both players drew two and Ohel bet out. Call. Ohel stood pat and Lazer drew two again. Both players checked the final round of betting and Lazer mucked upon seeing his opponent's      .

Benjamin Lazer won the first two showdown pots of this heads-up match to close the gap on Randy Ohel.

Ohel was the aggressor both times but that didn't work out to well for him.

They both showed eighty-sevens on the first showdown with Lazer having just the better of it. The next hand Ohel showed down a ten-eight, but lost out to a nighty-eight.

Odel did win an uncontested pot after that to stretch the lead back out a little.

He raised the button and was called by both players in the blinds. All three drew two cards and both players called Baker's bet. Baker drew two and his opponents drew one. Baker bet 30,000 and Randy Ohel called while Benjamin Lazer moved out of the way.

Baker stood pat and Ohel drew one and then led out for 30,000. Baker didn't like it but called anyway, and then mucked when shown       by Ohel.

David Baker is around 900,000 chips off the lead after conceding defeat on the last betting round versus Randy Ohel.

He raised from the small blind and Ohel called from the big blind. Ohel drew one to Baker's three before the latter check-called a bet. Both drew two the second round and Baker check-called another bet. Ohel stood pat and Baker traded one for the final time.

Ohel fired one more time when the action was checked to him. Baker looked at his stack and looked back at his hand and decided to wait for a better spot to commit any more chips.
