Haxton check-called Landfish's bet and checked again when the hit the river. Landfish bet once more and after some deliberation, Haxton folded to give Landfish the pot.
Although Landfish has been caught in several bluffs leading up to and at the final table, his aggression has won him plenty of pots as well as has gotten him paid when he's had the goods on his way to the chip lead.

After he received a walk and then stole the blinds, Domenico Denotaristefani was then involved in another pot. Daniel Idema raised in the cutoff and Denotaristefani three-bet on the button. Justin Smith four-bet from the big blind which got Idema out of the way but Denotaristefani made the call. On the flop, Smith led out and Denotaristefani called. The trend over the past few hands has seen the player who is first to act on a street check, the next player to act bet and the first player either call or fold. We have rarely seen the first player lead out lately.

Nick Schulman raised from the cutoff and Domenico Denotaristefani three-bet from the small blind. Steve Landfish came along for the ride in the big blind, while Schulman made the call from behind. Denotaristefani wasted little time in firing out on the flop, only to have Landfish raise. Schulman got out of the way, Denotaristefani called, and the hit the turn.
Both players checked to see the river, which Denotaristefani bet. Landfish immediately raised and Denotaristefani tanked for a solid minute before releasing his hand. Landfish is now our chip leader with around 1.2 million.
