With a raise from Steve Billirakis and a re-raise in front of him, Jared Hamby decided to ship it all in for his 57,000-chip stack. Billirakis made the call.

The race was on but the board bricked out       to leave Billirakis' pair in front. Hamby is eliminated as Billirakis is now up to 185,000 chips.

A gentleman raised to 3,200 in early position only for Erica Schoenberg to make it 6,500 in the cutoff. The player in the big blind called, the original raiser folded, and they were heads up at the flop.

Flop:  

The player in the big blind checked to Schoenberg who bet 8,000. He called, and they were at the turn.

Turn:  

Mr. Big Blind checked again, and this time Schoenberg checked behind. They saw the river.

River:  

Mr. Big Blind now bet out 16,000, and without further ado, Schoenberg folded, leaving herself with 48,000.

Carter Phillips is trending downwards in the middle portion of the day. We caught him at the river of another big pot. Much like the last time we saw him, his opponent made a smallish bet of 18,000 with 40,000 already at stake. Phillips called the bet. His opponent turned up   , which made the second nut flush on a board of      . Phillips couldn't beat that hand and is down to 245,000 now.

A player in the hijack raised to 4,200 only to have David "Devilfish" Ulliott move all in from the cutoff for 11,300. The blinds got out of the way and action was back on the hijack.

As he was thinking, the Devilfish did what he does best and started talking to his opponent. Long story short, the Devilfish convinced his opponent that if he folded, he could look at his cards. The hijack agreed, folded and revealed the Devilfish's   .

The Devilfish is still short however, sitting with around 18,500.

Theo Tran is down to 77,000. He had his opponent all in for 38,400 with    versus   , but came up short on a       board.

Eugene Katchalov raised from middle position to 3,700 before the player on the button moved all in for around 36,000. The blinds folded but Katchalov made a quick call.

Kelly Kim was in the hijack and raised to 3,800 only to have Phil Galfond re-raise to 10,700 from the button. Kim went all in for 22,600 more and Galfond snap-called.

Kim couldn't have liked his chances, but the flop brought   giving him a little hope. The   on the turn didn't change anything, but the   came on the river and doubled Kim up

With the board reading      , Robert Varkonyi's opponent checked and Varkonyi fired a bet of 25,000 into a pot of about 35,000. His opponent thought a while, then let it go.

Varkonyi has bounced back a bit and now has 156,000.

Jesper Hougaard has bumped his stack up high as a kite - to 420,000 in fact.

The latest bit of bumpage came when a short stack moved in with   and found Hougaard holding  . The board ran out a five-free   and the shortie busted out. The Hougaard stack got even bigger than before.

There was about 12,000 in the pot and a flop of     when Patrik Antonius checked and the button bet 7,000. Antonius made the call as the   fell on the turn.

Both players checked and the a small card appeared on the river. Antonius checked and the button bet 10,000. Antonius thought about it for a minute or so before making the call, only to muck when he saw the    of the button.

Antonius was left with around 130,000.

There are still four Mizrachi brothers left in this event. Robert is leading the charge for the family. He's up to 414,000 after dragging yet another pot. He opened to 4,400 from the cutoff and was called by the button. Mizrachi continued for 5,500 on a queen-high flop,    . The button player called.

Both players checked when the turn paired the board,  . A river of   brought a bet of 14,600 from Mizrachi. His opponent called again and saw that he had been rivered by Mizrachi's   , which made a full house.

Josh Brikis is now sitting with 360,000 chips after a double up through Johnny Chan. We missed the hand, but Brikis was kind enough to let us in on the action.

According to Brikis, Chan opened to 4,000 and Brikis called in the cutoff. The flop fell   and Chan led for 7,700. Brikis raised to 17,500, Chan re-raised to 33,200 and Brikis called.

The turn was a   and Chan led for 50,000. Brikis called.

Chan fired yet another bullet after the   rivered, putting Brikis all in and Brikis called with   for a set of sevens.

Brikis doubled while Chan is down to 420,000

Kara Scott has slipped back under 100,000 to a below average stack when she just now found herself all in on the turn with the board showing     . Scott held    for top pair and a double-gutter, but her opponent had    for a set of jacks.

The river brought the  , and Scott has been eliminated.

As we recently reported, Isaac Baron lost a good chunk of his chips after doubling up an opponent. He didn't take long to get his last 33,000 into the middle. He was in the big blind and raised all in with another player calling.

Baron managed to stay ahead through the board as it came out  , putting Baron up to about 70,000 chips.

A player in middle position raised to 4,000 preflop. Pablo Ubierna called on the button, as did both blinds.

Flop:    

Everyone checked round to Ubierna who bet out 16,000. Just the preflop raiser called.

Turn:  

Ubierna led out for 26,000 and, again, was called.

River:  

The preflop raiser turned aggressor by betting out 48,000. After a brief pause, Ubierna slid the necessary chips across the felt.

His opponent tapped the table immediately and moved his cards towards the muck. Ubierna tabled   , but demanded to see his opponent's hand, which was revealed to be   .

A chunky pot for Ubierna means he now has 270,000.

Down to about 18,500 in chips, Daniel Negreanu opened for 4,600 pre-flop. Two players called: one in position behind Negreanu and one from the blinds. The rest of Negreanu's chips went into the middle after a flop of    . Neither of his opponents was willing to take Negreanu on.

"I wouldn't have minded a call," said Negreanu. "Or for someone to ship it before the flop." Neither of those things happened. Negreanu's stack remains stuck in the land of the shorties with about 30,000.

Jon Kalmar opened to 4,300 from middle position and found one caller before Khamsy Nuanmanee three-bet to 15,000 from the button.

With the action back on Kalmar, he slid in a stack of 5,000-denomination chips amounting to a raise of 100,000 to force the caller caught in the middle to fold before Nuanmanee moved her last 79,200 into the pot.
