In a battle of the blinds, Guillermo Sanchez Otero raised the small blind and Rodrigo Garrido Portaleoni called in the big blind.

The flop came     and the Spaniard bet big, Garrido Portaleoni called all-in for 1,925,000.

Jean Lhuillier opened to 500,000 and Joe Serock defended in the big blind.

Serock check-called the 250,000 continuation from Lhuillier on the     flop.

The   turn saw Serock check again before folding to a bet of 600,000 from Lhuillier to give the short stack some much needed chips.

Daniel Erlandsson raised to 500,000 in middle position before Aloisio Dourado jammed his stack of 3,000,000 in the middle from the cutoff.

Erlandsson made the call with the covering stack once it had folded back to him, and the cards hit their backs.

Coelho Calls Off in Huge Pot

Charles Russell raised to 525,000 under the gun and was three-bet by Diogo Coelho in early position. The action folded back to Russell, who called the bet of 1,375,000 chips.

He then checked on the     flop, after which Coelho bet 875,000. Russell made it 2,500,000 to go. Coelho called and did so too when Russell put in 3,000,000 chips on the   turn.

The   river completed the board and Russell put Coelho all in for exactly 5,000,000 chips. Coelho spent some minutes in the tank before tossing in a single chip for a call.

Russell showed    for jacks and fives, but Coelho had the better hand with    for kings and fives to receive a massive double-up.

Guillermo Sanchez Otero raised to 500,000 and Aloisio Dourado called out of the big blind with Randy Gattesco in the under-the-gun position having just 525,000 behind.

The     flop saw Dourado check-call for 450,000 before he then led the   turn for 1,100,000, Sanchez Otero called. Both checked the   on the river and Dourado showed the    for a pair of queens, which Sanchez Otero had beat holding the    for two pair.

One hand later, Jessie Bryant raised to 700,000 and Rodrigo Garrido Portaleoni called in the hijack.

"Let me think about this," Gattesco said moments before he tossed in the last 25,000 chip.

On the     flop, Bryant pushed all-in and Garrido Portaleoni folded.

Bok Applies Pressure to Young

Orson Young raised to 550,000 under the gun and Garrett Bok called in the big blind.

The flop came     and Young continued for 400,000. Bok then raised to 1,750,000 and Young gave up his hand.

Two hands later, Bok opened to 575,000 on the button before Young three-bet to 1,900,000 in the small blind. Bok came back with a four-bet to 4,000,000 and Young again surrendered the pot to Bok.

Sagle Makes the Right Fold

In a heads-up pot on a board of    , Gabriel Moura checked and Jason Sagle bet 600,000. Moura called. Moura checked again on the   turn and Sagle checked back.

The   river completed the board and Moura slid out a bet of 1,850,000 to send Sagle deep into the tank. After some groaning, Sagle folded.

Moura told him after the hand that he had    for aces full of jacks.

Rockets Boost Hernandez

Adrian Lopez opened to 525,000 from middle position and called a three-bet to 1,475,000 from Gerardo Hernandez in late position.

Lopez checked following the     flop. Hernandez continued for 1,250,000 and received a call from his opponent.

Action checked through the   turn to the   river at which point Lopez checked once more. Hernandez, unwilling to go to a cheap showdown, bet big, making it 4,400,000. After some thought, Lopez called with the    but could only watch as Hernandez scooped the pot holding   .

Angelov Puts Pressure on Pak

In a blind-on-blind pot, Edward Pak and Boris Angelov had gathered around 1,600,000 chips before the     flop was dealt. Pak then bet 700,000 chips from the small blind and Angelov called in the big blind.

The   turn was checked by both players before Pak checked again on the   river. Angelov slid enough chips in to put Pak all in. Pak thought for some time before counting his chips and mucking his cards.

Shundan Xiao opened to 550,000 from the cutoff with the    before Yake Wu three-bet to 1,600,000 with the    from the button. The blinds got out of the way to put the action back on Xiao. She reraised to 4,500,000 and was called.

The     flop checked through to the   turn. With 9,625,000 in the pot, Xiao checked once more, and Wu fired out 3,500,000 and folded out XIao.

Daniel Zadok opened to 500,000 from middle position and then called after Yegor Moroz three-bet to 1,400,000 in the cutoff.

Zadok check-called a continuation of 675,000 from Moroz following the     flop.

Moroz bet again after Zadok checked to him on the   turn, this time sizing up to 2,575,000. Zadok was not going anywhere just yet, instead choosing to flat.

Neither player put more chips in the pot once the   river completed the board . Zadok flipped over    but came up short against Moroz as he held    for the flopped set to score a sizable pot.
