It folded to Kevin Theodore on the button and he raised to 500,000. He was called by Guillermo Sanchez Otero from the small blind and big blind Rodrigo Garrido Portaleoni folded.

The flop was dealt     and Sanchez Otero checked his option. Theodore continued with another bet of 500,000 and he was called.

Gerardo Hernandez opened to 500,000 from under the gun and Adrian Lopez defended his big blind. The     flop checked through to the   turn, and Lopez check-folded to a bet of 875,000.

Lopez raised to 550,000 from the small blind and Gerardo Hernandez called from the big blind. Lopez continued for 400,000 on the     flop and was called. Lopez checked the   turn and Hernandez fired out 850,000. Lopez went deep into the tank and folded, awarding the pot to his opponent.

Alex Keating Eliminated in 55th Place ($160,000)

Guillermo Sanchez Otero had opened from middle position and Alex Keating had defended his big blind when they looked down at a flop of    .

Keating then checked to Sanchez Otero, who bet 450,000. Keating jammed all in for 4,375,000 chips, shouting "my big blind is my life!" through the room.

Sanchez Otero used some time before flicking in a call to put Keating at risk.

"Sorry, man," Sanchez Otero said to Keating, even though he was behind Keating's flopped two pair.

"Do you think so?" Keating asked as the   arrived on the turn, giving Sanchez Otero a straight draw, with the latter nodding his head in response.

The   river saw Sanchez Otero make a straight to the jack, eliminating Keating in 55th place.

"Sorry, man," Sanchez Otero stated again as Keating left the tournament area to collect his payout.

Vazquez Doubles After Long Tank From Capps

The board read       and Jesse Capps sat in the big blind when he put a bet of 1,500,000 in front of him. The pot already had approximately 4,000,000 in it when Luis Vazquez from the cutoff put all of his chips in the middle worth 3,275,000.

This sent Capps into a long tank that lasted multiple minutes.

"Sorry guys, I'm going to need a minute."

Gabriel Moura warned Capps he was going to call the clock on him after a minute and so he did. When the 30-second countdown was almost finished, Capps pushed his chips towards the middle to call and he wasn't pleased when Vazquez opened   .

"I knew it, bad call. Bad call." Capps said while flicking his cards forward. The dealer exposed his    for a flush and Vazquez doubled up.

In the 12th episode, Connor speaks with actress and conservationist Shannon Elizabeth on the 25th anniversary of American Pie, in which she played the iconic role of Nadia. Elizabeth talked about her roles in films like Scary Movie and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, playing poker with the cast of That '70s Show, finishing third in the 2007 NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship and taking part in Phil Hellmuth's 2024 WSOP Main Event entrance.

Elizabeth also spoke about her conservation efforts in South Africa through the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation, including caring for and providing a sanctuary for a blind black rhino named Munu.

Four-Bet Costs Hernandez

Gerardo Hernandez opened to 500,000 from the cutoff before Joe Serock three-bet to 1,425,000 on the button. The blinds got out of the way to send the action back to Hernandez, who responded with a four-bet to 3,700,000. Serock opted to flat to generate a pot of over 8,000,000 heading to the flop.

The flop came    , prompting Hernandez to check. Serock pushed 1,900,000 into the middle and was met by a swift fold to chip up significantly early in the day.

Jordan Griff raised to 500,000 under the gun and Mauro Juarez called in the big blind.

Trimmer Jams and Serock Chips Up Some More

Julio Trimmer moved all in for 3,400,000 from the button and folded out the blinds for a pick-up.

On the next deal, Nick Jivkov contemplated jamming for his last 1,000,000 from under the gun, but opted to fold. Gerardo Hernandez then opened to 500,000 from middle position and was called by Joe Serock from the hijack.

On the     flop, Hernandez continued for 425,000, a little larger than the 350,000 continuation-bets that have been the norm on the right feature table thus far. Serock called.

The   turn saw some straight and flush draws complete and Hernandez checked. Serock fired out 725,000 and folded out his opponent.

Kyosuke Nagami raised to 500,000 in early position before Brian Kim three-bet to 1,650,000 in the big blind. Nagami called and they went heads-up to the     flop.

Kim led out for another 800,000 and Nagami came back with a raise to 2,200,000. Kim folded and Nagami took down the pot.

Shylko Rivers Flush to Double Up

Aliaksandr Shylko and Naor Slobodskoy were heads up on a turn of     .

With around 2,000,000 chips already in the middle, Shylko checked from the big blind before Slobodskoy fired 875,000 chips from the cutoff.

Shylko called to see the   river on which he checked again. Slobdskoy then put Shylko all in for his final 2,500,000 or so chips. Shylko snap-called and tabled    for the nut flush.
