Daniels Earns a Double Up

Jake Daniels opened from the hijack and the button three-bet to 6,200 before Daniels four-bet to 17,000. Daniels only had a stack of around 23,000 to start the hand and the button wanted it all as he shoved all in. Daniels called off the remainder of his stack.

Hongo Gets Sticky with Top Pair

Kanata Hongo raised from the cutoff to 2,000 and the small blind and big blind came along to see a flop.

The flop came down     and action checked to Hongo who put out a bet of 3,200. The small blind called and the big blind check-raised to 8,200. Hongo called and the small blind mucked his cards.

The   on the turn resulted in action checking all the way around.

The   on the river went check-check again and Hongo scooped in the pot with   .

Meunier Finds a Double Up

The player in early position raised to 1,200, the player in middle position called and the hijack Clement Meunier three-bet to 4,400. The small blind four-bet to 12,300.

Action folded around to Meunier who went all-in for his remaining 30,000 and the small blind snap-called, covering Meunier.

Nearly 40,000 was already in the middle as Taylor Wilson and Andreas Kniep went to the river on a board of      .

Marquez Makes the Right Fold

A player from early position raised to 1,800 and the cutoff three-bet to 5,200. Anthony Marquez then cold four-bet to 14,000 from the small blind and only the cutoff called.

The flop fell     which saw Marquez lead out for 6,500 and he was quickly raised to 25,000 by the cutoff. After a lot of deliberation, Marquez made the fold.

Marquez felt a sense of relief after the cutoff tabled    for top set and awarded himself a pat on the back after claiming that he folded pocket queens.

Brad Owen raised to 1,600 from under the gun and bracelet winner Anthony Marquez defended from the big blind.

On the     flop, Marquez check-called a bet of 1,200 from Owen.

Legendre Picks Up Kings to Double Off Wattel

Sean Legendre got his last 48,000 in the middle from the small blind and Mike Wattel put him at risk on the button.

Weng Takes a Pot

With the board reading     , there were three players still in the pot and the small blind led out for 6,000. Bin Weng counted out a raise to 16,700 from the hijack, which got both the cutoff and small blind to lay their hands down.

Marchington Chips Up

Nicholas Marchington raised to 1,200 from middle position and picked up only one caller with the big blind defending.

The flop came down     and Marchington continued for 1,600 and the big blind called.

The   peeled off on the turn and Marchington fired again, this time for 4,800. The big blind called again.

The   river appeared, and Marchington quickly went all in for 8,100. The big blind folded and Marchington raked in a small one.

Madsen Kicks Hawkins to the Rail

Jeff Madsen

Jeff Madsen bet 6,600 from under the gun on a board of      and a player in middle position called. Maurice Hawkins then raised to 26,500 on the button and Madsen moved all in.

The middle-position player folded, but Hawkins committed his last 28,000 and turned over    for trip tens. Madsen, though, had    and was ahead with his ace-kicker.

"Queen, eight, or a deuce," Hawkins pleaded, but the dealer instead turned over the   on the river to send Hawkins to the rail.

"Looked like a deuce," a tablemate said as Hawkins made his exit.

Konnikova Takes Out Arieh

Josh Arieh opened the action with a raise to 1,400 and Maria Konnikova decided to three-bet to 5,600. Arieh then four-bet to 12,100 and Konnikova made the call in position.

The flop came down     and Arieh fired out 6,000. Konnikova raised all in for Arieh's last 25,000 and he called.

Bohn Drops Another as Coleman Picks Off a Bluff

David Coleman bet around 8,000 from the hijack on a board of      before Blake Bohn moved all in from the small blind. Coleman snap-called for 37,600.

"I'm drawing dead," Bohn said as he showed   . Coleman turned over    for trip queens and picked up the double up once the   completed the board.

"I was sure I was going to get you to fold two nines or something," Bohn said after the hand.

Huck Seed opened with a min-raise to 1,200 from the hijack and got a call from the cutoff and Clement Meunier on the button.

When the     flop hit the table, Seed continued for 1,200 which both the cutoff and Meunier called.

All three players checked the   turn to see the   complete the board on the river. The action checked to Meunier who bet 6,000, which only Seed called.

Meunier tabled    for a wheel, and Seed flipped up    for the same straight.

One hundred fifty-two players were auctioned off into 19 teams of eight during the 25K Fantasy Draft for the 2024 World Series of Poker, held at the illustrious PokerGO Studio.

With a total prize pool of $475,000, the stakes are incredibly high for the participants. The payouts are structured to reward the top four teams substantially, with the first-place team taking home $225,000, followed by $125,000 for second place, $75,000 for third, and $50,000 for fourth.

Kniep Bets Out Nussrallah; Blumstein Building a Stack

Heads-up on a board of     , Andreas Kniep bet 4,500 from early position and Stephen Nussrallah called in the big blind.

The river was the   and Kniep then bet 20,000. Nussrallah quickly folded and Kniep took the pot, climbing up to around 150,000.

At the same table, 2017 Main Event champion Scott Blumstein has also accumulated a stack of 150,000 so far today.

Ho Double Barrels

Maria Ho bet 9,000 on a flop of     from the small blind and got a call from a player on the button.

A   landed on the turn and after thinking for around thirty seconds, Ho counted a bet of 22,000 chips and dropped them into the pot. Her opponent rechecked his cards before he relented to the pressure and folded.
