Mercier Gets Paid
Picking up the action on the turn, Jason Mercier on the button was involved in a hand with Eric Fields in the big blind. With the board reading Fields checked. Mercier responded by pushing a bet of 15,500 into the middle. Fields took a significant amount of time before making the call to send the two players to the river.
The river saw Fields check once more. Mercier was not willing to go to a cheap showdown just yet, instead firing off 28,000. Murthy Shoves on Asselin as the Minutes Tick By
