Dutch Boyd bet fourth street to get called by Zack Freeman and bet fifth again, then calling a raise by Freeman. They checked sixth and Freeman checked seventh as well. Boyd pondered whether or not to bet and checked behind. His low was good as Freeman only had a pair to go with a nine-five.

The game then switched to Pot-Limit Omaha High but the action remained rather calm.

Chad Eveslage completed and Dustin Dirksen called before Dirksen called a bet from Eveslage on fourth street. Dirksen called another bet on fifth street and both players checked on sixth street.

Eveslage checked a final table after seventh street and Dirksen bet to send Eveslage into the tank. Eveslage eventually folded and Dirksen revealed trip aces to let him know it was the right move.

Dustin Dirksen raised to 40,000 and Dutch Boyd called on the button. Ari Engel gave it some thought and folded in the big blind. On a flop of    , Dirksen check-called for 60,000 and inquired "how much do you got over there, Dutch?" after which his opponent cut out the big chips in front.

Dirksen checked the   turn and then called another 200,000 by Boyd, which led them to the   river. The action went check, check, and Dirksen tabled the      for a pair of aces and busted nut low draw.

Freeman Chips Up Through Goindoo

With a raise to 37,000 and a continuation bet of 40,000 already placed right out in front, Ryan Goindoo in the big blind and Zack Freeman in the under-the-gun position were on the       river. Goindoo bet 80,000 and Freeman then raised the pot, which forced a tank-fold from his opponent.

Chip leader Dustin Dirksen raised to 40,000 next and Freeman called out of the big blind. The     flop was checked and Freeman bet 55,000 on the   turn, Dirksen called. Both checked the   river and Freeman revealed      for two pair.

Picking things up after the first draw Zack Freeman checked and Dustin Dirksen bet. John Hennigan, who in the previous hand had let out a startled scream as he thought the dealer was about to turn over a flop when he was in fact delivering three cards to Ryan Goindoo, moved all in for 40,000. Both opponents called and each player drew one.

Freeman check-called again after the second draw and drew one with Hennigan and Dirksen stood pat. Freeman then check-folded after the third draw and Dirksen showed   /      for a seven low and six badugi to best the six-time bracelet winner and Poker Hall of Famer's   /     .

Mike Gorodinsky defended out of the big blind against Dutch Boyd and both drew two for Gorodinsky to check-call. The second drawing round saw Gorodinsky discard two versus one and he then check-raised, picking up a call by Boyd.

On the final draw, Gorodinsky pat versus Boyd's one and bet. Boyd shook his head, shrugged and called a few seconds later.

Eveslage Overbets Like a Chadpion

Marco Johnson opened from the hijack and Chad Eveslage defended out of the big blind with a few friends on the rail holding a massive poster featuring Eveslage's 2021 bracelet winner's photo and the words "Play Like a Chadpion."

Eveslage checked on the     flop and called a bet from Johnson. Both players then checked on the   turn.

The   river double paired the board and Eveslage took the opportunity to overbet 150,000 as Johnson entered the tank. Johnson thought it over for several minutes and eventually folded.
