Natalie Hof Crushes Day 2 of the $1,000 Million Dollar Mystery Bounty
The air was electric at the 2022 World Series of Poker for the highly anticipated Day 2 of the $1,000 Million Dollar Mystery Bounty at the Bally's and Paris Las Vegas. There were 826 survivors who came back for Day 2, where the mystery bounties would be handed out. Everyone was vying for that astronomical one million dollar bounty that awaited one lucky player.
When a player received a knockout ticket, they then entered their information into an iPad provided by the staff. The names were then be put in a queue on the big screen, and chests were constantly being opened that awarded a minimum of $1,000 per knockout. On occasion, a player would randomly hit a golden chest, which would include a much bigger prize. The smallest amount in a gold chest was $25,000, with the biggest $1,000,000.
Matt Glantz, a well-known pro with more than $7,000,000 in earnings, pulled the $1,000,000 bounty to score a massive payday. He bowed out late in the night, but his score is worth more than the $750,120 awaiting the eventual winner.
Arin Youssefian was the lucky winner of the $500,000 gold chest bounty and Azim Popatia pulled the $250,000 bounty. They both busted shortly after but the huge scores will help to ease the bow.
