Menesplier Forces Out Lamanna, Busts One

An under-the gun player moved all in for 875,000 and Brian Lamanna called in middle position.

From the small blind, Arnaud Menesplier then re-shoved for 2,200,000 and sent Lamanna into the tank for several minutes before folding, claiming he had ace-king.

Big Slick Does the Trick for Fangayen

Daxton Alexander got his stack of around 600,000 all in preflop and found himself at risk against Bayani Fangayen.

Daxton Alexander was dominated and looking for some help. The     flop provided some "chop-portunities" but that was about it.

The running   turn and   river meant both players wound up with two pair, but that meant the kicker played. Fangayen was best in that department and sent Alexander to the payout desk.

Davila Triples Up Against Matching Ace-King

Jon Kyte preserved on his phone a photo of a three-way all in he just played against Stella Davila.

According to Kyte, he raised to 175,000 from under the gun before Davila shoved for 1,200,000. The player in the big blind re-shoved for 2,400,000 and Kyte called both players.

Kyte and the big blind both showed ace-king, while Davila had pocket fives. The board ran out       and Davila tripled up at the expense of Kyte and the big blind.

Boctor Shows Tens to "JoeytheMush"

Ramy Boctor limped in from under the gun before Joey Straub, aka "JoeytheMush," raised to 250,000. Boctor called and they went heads-up to a     flop.

Boctor checked over to Straub, who continued with a bet of 225,000. Boctor again called, and the two players checked down the    turn and river.

"Tens," Boctor announced, showing    as Straub mucked. Despite losing that pot, "JoeytheMush" is still sitting comfortably around 3,000,000.

Kushell, Once Ready to Leave, Now Near Chip Lead

"Is everyone filming this," a player at the table said as Bob Kushell and two opponents had all their chips in the middle pre-flop, with several players taking out their phones to record the action. Both players were in for around 900,000.

Kushell showed    and was up against    and   . The board ran out       and Kushell's pocket kings held up to bust both opponents.

"Nice hand, sir. I hate to die like that," one of the defeated foes told him after the hand. "See you at the final table. Some of those chips are mine."

According to the table, Kushell was down to 90,000 at one point today and was preparing to leave and go play another tournament. Instead, he's now among the chip leaders.

Oxman Rides Back-to-Back Aces Up the Counts

Stephen Frakes, aka "Steve the Mover," was spotted heading to the payout desk and related a hand he played against Ari Oxman.

Frakes raised to 125,000 from under the gun before Ari Oxman three-bet to 480,000. Frakes went all in for 1,700,000 and Oxman called with   . Frakes had ace-king and failed to hit a miracle on the board to bust.

This was the second consecutive hand Oxman had busted an opponent with pocket aces. "The skill isn't getting back-to-back aces. It's getting paid with back-to-back aces," Oxman said as he stacked up nearly 5,000,000.

Shah Holds on Against Buzgon

Sean Shah was all in for around 1,200,000 and up against Daniel Buzgon.

Thysell Spikes the Turn

Picking up the action on a flop of    , the big blind checked to Will Thysell in middle position who put out a bet of 125,000.

The big blind came back with a raise to 450,000 and Thysell went into the tank, standing up and taking off his sunglasses as he stared down the stack of his opponent.

Thysell eventually announced he was all in for 1,165,000 and the big blind quickly called with    for two pair. Thysell showed    for an overpair and a flush draw.

Thysell didn't complete his flush on the turn, but he did hit the   to make a set. The   on the river improved him to a flush and knocked out his opponent, who he had barely covered.

Wakita Has Saechao Dominated

Shun Wakita moved all in for around 525,000 in the hijack. Next to act, Kao "Flexx" Saechao called as the rest of the table got out of the way.

A player in early position raised to 80,000 and was called by Jorge Cestnik in middle position. The big blind then shoved all in for 250,000 and both players called.

Peters Takes Out a Player Looking for TV Time

Donnie Peters raised from the cutoff to 80,000 as action folded around to the player in the big blind. With around 300,000 remaining, he went into the tank for several minutes playing with his chips.

"You're on TV," a tablemate told him as a PokerGo cameraman stood behind him snapping pictures of Peters.

"Then I'm all in," the big blind said, turning over   . Peters showed   .

"Why did you say that," the all-in player said upon seeing he was dominated. "I would've folded."

He got no help on the       and hit the rail while Peters climbed above 2,000,000.

Kagin Eliminates Linett

Nathan Tsang raised to 60,000 from under the gun and action folded around to Eric Linett on the button who moved all in for 250,000. Adam Kagin in the small blind moved all in over the top for 625,000. Tsang asked for a count before deciding to fold.
