Zack Pushes Siegel to the Brink

Daniel Zack opened from the cutoff and was three-bet by Jordan Siegel out of the small blind. Zack responded with a four-bet, which was flatted.

On the first draw Siegel took one card while Zack stood pat. Siegel then check-called the continuation from Zack.

The same drawing pattern was repeated on the second draw and again Siegel check-called a bet from Zack.

Siegel took one more card during the final draw and, after Zack stood pat, action checked through. Zack showed down      , good enough to take the pot and leave Siegel under 200,000.

Siegel All But Doubles Versus Zack

Jordan Siegel raised from under the gun and called a three-bet from Daniel Zack in the big blind.

Zack drew one and Siegel drew two. Zack bet and Siegel called.

The draws and bets repeated for the second draw and both players then drew one and checked.

"Ace," said Zack, while Siegel had made a smooth king       and stayed alive.

Shaun Deeb drew three and Daniel Zack drew two. Deeb check-called a bet and drew one as Zack stood pat.

Deeb checked and Zack bet. Deeb check-raised and Zack called. Both players stood pat. Deeb bet and Zack called.

Deeb tabled       for a number four and won the pot.

Siegel On Fumes

Daniel Zack opened from the cutoff and Brian Hastings called on the button. Jordan Siegel three-bet out of the small blind and both other players made the call to send the action three-handed to the initial draw.

On the first draw Siegel took one, Zack three and Hastings two. Siegel then led out and Zack called before Hastings raised. Siegel and Zack called.

The second draw saw Siegel again take one card while Zack drew two and Hastings stood pat. Action was then checked to Hastings, who bet out. It was not enough to shed either of his opponents, both of whom called.

Siegel and Zack each drew one on the final draw after which they both checked. Hastings, who had again stood pat, fired off another bet and received a single call from Siegel. Hastings turned over      , good enough to scoop a decently large pot and leave Siegel short.

Deeb Climbing Back

Shaun Deeb opened on the button and Brian Hastings defended out of the big blind.

Both players drew two on the initial draw and action checked through to the second draw where they again each took two. Hastings checked to Deeb, who threw out a bet and was called.

On the final draw Hastings took one while Deeb stood pat. Deeb then fired off another bet. Hastings mulled over his decision but ultimately made the call. Deeb showed eight-seven and Hastings mucked to keep Deeb chipping up.

Wasserson drew three on the initial draw and then checked to Hastings, who had taken two. Hastings led out and Wasserson called.

The second draw saw both players take two cards and action then checked through to the final draw where Wasserson took another two and Hastings drew just one. Brian Hastings opened from the cutoff and action folded to Yuval Bronshtein in the small blind, who three-bet. Hastings called to send the two players heads-up to the initial draw.

Bronshtein took one card to Hasting's two and then bet out. Hastings, after asking how much Bronshtein had behind, raised enough to put his opponent all in. Bronsthein made the call to put himself at risk.

Bronhstein stood pat on the second draw while Hastings took one. The same pattern was repeated during the final draw after which Bronshtein revealed he held    . Hastings turned over      before peeling   to pip Bronshtein and send him home in 7th.
