Ajayi Flushes Out Opponent

A player opened to 1,800 in early position and was called by Adedapo Ajayi from the cutoff.

The flop came     and Ajayi called a 2,400 bet from his opponent.

The   fell on the turn and Ajayi called at bet from his opponent again — this time for 8,000.

Ajayi was checked to on the   river and he put his opponent all in. His opponent called and Ajayi tabled    for a flush. His opponent couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Ajayi.

Brunson Stops Slide

Doyle Brunson

Doyle Brunson has had rough sledding to start Day 2abd as he has less than half of the stack he started the day with. However he was able to claw in a few chips when he raised from under the gun, and got a middle position caller in Marc Rivera.

Liu Drags Huge Pot

On a turn board reading     , JJ Liu check-raised a bet and call of 4,500 from Melanie Weisner and Sam Grafton to 30,000. Only Weisner called to see a river card of the  .

Liu bet 50,000, and was quickly called by Weisner. Liu showed    for a winning flush to drag a huge pot, putting her stack at approximately 300,000 chips.

Marchese Gets Paid With Nut Flush

Action was picked up on the turn as the board read     . Tom Marchese bet 6,500 from the button, Rahul Jain called from the big blind.

The river came the  . Jain checked. Marchese made a large overbet of 34,000 into a pot of about 20,000, leaving himself with only 600 behind. Jain thought for a while as it was for the majority of his stack. After a few moments he called.

Lappin Chips Up Further

David Lappin has chipped up further and now holds a six-figure stack. As recalled by the Irishman, he limp-called a raise with    and check-called a bet worth 4,000 on a     flop.

He checked behind the   turn which brought a second flush draw and then bet the   river for 3,700. His opponent raised to 12,000 and Lappin reraised to 27,000 in order to get called by pocket jacks to claim the pot with the nut straight.

Fellow Irishman Dara O'Kearney has also opted to enter Day 2 and already boosted his stack after sitting down.

Fragoso Doubles, Minkin Takes a Pot

At the same table, Kelly Minkin raised in the small blind and Evgeni Tourevski defended from the big blind.
