Heath Gets Paid With Full House

Ben Heath was heads-up on a     flop in the cutoff against a player in the hijack and both players checked.

Heath bet 1,500 on the   turn after being checked to and his opponent called.

The   completed the board and the hijack checked again. This time Heath overbet the pot for 8,500, sending his opponent deep into the tank. He eventually called and Heath tabled    for a runner-runner full house.

"That's good," Heath's opponent said as he mucked.

Song's Big Slick Ousts Cowboys to Add to Huge Stack

Daewoong Song had an opponent all-in and at-risk preflop.

Engel Doubles with Pocket Kings

In a heads-up pot, with a board reading     , the action was checked to Ari Engel who fired a bet of 10,000 into the pot of about 17,000 and his opponent made the call.

The   completed the board and once checked to Engel shoved the rest of his 13,500 stack into the middle. His opponent took about five seconds and threw in three 5,000 chips to call. Engel tabled    for two pair and the opponent mucked his hand.

Small Pot for Choi

Lara Eisenberg opened to 1,000 and it was called by the cutoff and Junga Choi in the blinds.

The flop came     and brought no betting action. A   fell on the turn and Choi led out for 2,200. It was enough to win the pot without resistance.

Chen Forces a Fold

James Chen opened for 900 from the lojack and was called by the cutoff and the button. The player in the small blind then squeezed to 3,700 and only Chen called.

Both players checked on the     flop and the small blind checked again on the   turn — prompting an 11,000 bet from Chen. His opponent called.

Chen was checked to a final time on the   river and he fired 20,500 into the middle.

"You do have cowboys beat, right?" Chen's opponent asked. Chen remained silent.

"I'm gonna lay 'em down."

He then folded face down — conceding the pot to Chen.

Zyrin Gets Paid with Quads on the Flop

Anatolii Zyrin

The cutoff raised to 1,000 and Anatolii Zyrin three-bet to 3,500 from the small blind. The big blind folded and the cutoff made the call.

The dealer spread a flop of     and Zyrin continued for 2,500. His opponent came along.

The   hit the turn and Zyrin continued to fire, this time for 8,500 and he got called once again.

When the   landed on the river, Zyrin bet 20,000 and the opponent took about 30 seconds before putting in the chips to call. Zyrin immediately tabled   , showing his flopped quads and the opponent mucked his hand.

Eolis Runs Ladies Into Cowboys

Schwartz Adds More to His Stack

It folded to Michael Schwartz who raised to 1,100 in the cutoff. The button made the call and the blinds got out of the way.

A flop     was dealt and both players checked to see a   on the turn. Schwartz check-called his opponent for 1,200. The   river went check-check and Schwartz flipped over    for a pair of jacks. His opponent sent his cards into the muck.

Menhardt Wins With River Bet

Julian Menhardt raised to 1,000 from middle position, Brett Levitzke called from late position and the the hijack three-bet to 3,500.

Menhardt called, as did Levitzke, and action went three-ways to the     flop.

Both Menhardt and Levitzke called the 4,000 continuation bet from the hijack bringing the   turn.

Action was checked around to the   river and Menhardt led out with an uncontested 15,000 bet to win the pot.

Peretz Grabs Chips to Galinec

Yaniv Peretz raised to 1,100 under the gun and only Ivan Galinec got interested and called in the big blind.

The flop came     and Galinec check-called Peretz's continuation for 2,600. The   turn and   river were checked and Peretz tabled    for a pair of queens, which was good enough to make Galinec muck his hand.

Sammartino Gets Put in Tough Decision

Steven Merrifield raised to 1,000 on the button and both the small blind and Dario Sammartino came along.

On the     flop, the action checked to Merrifield who put in a bet of 1,000. The small blind folded and Sammartino check-raised to 3,000. Merrifield didn't take much time before making the call.

The   landed on the turn and Sammartino check-called the 5,500 bet from Merrifield.

When the   completed the board on the river Sammartino checked once again and Merrifield didn't slow down, firing in a bet of 22,000. Sammartino looked perplexed and after a little over three minutes of staring Merrifield down he decided to throw his cards into the muck pile.
